4/5KIKUU IS ONE OF THE BEST SELLING E-COMMERCE ONLINE
Kikuu give a good opportunity to all individuals to have products that a very I inspired to us. But the only big problem that kikuu fails is that when you order a product such as a lower price product just arrives in only 10 days , but when you try to order the higher price products they came late and takes even a months. Please developers work on that issue. We will give you five stars.

2/5Needs A Proper Upgrade & Improvement On Customer Care
I am suppose to get Upgrade to VIP 4 since past 12weeks +, I had also communicated with Online support but nothing has been done till now. I am just been told you just continue shopping and system will Upgrade. I am already qualified then why such unprofessional replies? I will definitely continue shopping and I have done, but till now no any Upgrade and in this manner I am not getting any points/vouchers/benefits. I had similar problems with Jumia and they sorted my issue in less than an hour. KiKUU needs to have priorities for your loyal and Royal customers. After this review let’s see when will KiKUU act on this. Very disappointing and upset with your customer care services and responses.

2/5Include North West on shipping locations list
The store has good products but haven’t been able to order any cuz my location which is the North West region of Cameroon isn’t on the locations list. Cameroon has 10 regions but KIKUU’s shipping locations list has 9 and the only one that was left out is where I’m at. Please do include *North West* on KIKUU’s shipping locations list for Cameroon so I can also order and use the good products I see in the app. Also, include the option for customers to send complaints or ask for help via email. There isn’t always an agent present for live chat so emailing will be very very helpful. I eagerly look forward to seeing these changes made ASAP.

1/5Bad Customer Service
I ordered an item and after over three months of waiting I got an email notifying me that my order had been delivered and signed for. The email also stated clearly that I could request for a refund if I didn't receive my order. I put in the refund request and it was denied because they said they were going to deliver in a few days. After weeks of waiting, I decided to reach out to the customer service via their live chat option. The rep actually told me she doesn't owe me any money and can't offer a refund. I resolved to let this go as I clearly wasn't going to receive the item or money.

3/5Bad delivery and customer service
Delivery used to be on time but now it’s worse. There is also no way to speak to someone for help as the live chat doesn’t function properly. Delivering on time has to be urgently taken care of because it’s my biggest problem. Aside that everything else is good and products I have bought are the same as posted. The difference might only be in quality since that can’t be assessed in the picture.
