   They took our money for flights so we called customer service, they charged us TWICE without us knowing and this money hasn’t returned even after the flights were cancelled. They stole 4k from us like it’s not a big deal. Even customer service don’t help, when we finally booked different flights the plane got cancelled and had to rebook(which is normal) we called customer service and they said we had to pay to rebook, which didn’t make sense so we called the airline and they changed the flight for us for free. Justfly wanted to charge us for something we could have done for free, it doesn’t make any sense at all. So they wanted to take extra money plus the 4k they didn’t return!!! I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone and personally would never use it again. It’s a waste of money and time.

   My flight got delayed just fly was contacted immediatly to cancel this booking as it was not my fault. Just fly blamed the airlines and asked why they rebooked another flight the following day. Just fly has the worst customer service trying to call they will not take your call unless your flight is within 24 hrs. Even then they have an accent it takes hour or two for them to answer at times. And when they answer they have nothing but excuses. Luckily I booked on a credit card and was able to dispute this transaction. Do not book with this company they have 0 star service they want to keep your money until you give up calling them and following up they will tell you someone from their team will contact you and they never do just to get you off their phone call. Miserable company which should go out of service since they don't give any service in the first place .

3. 2/5Worst experience ever

   I am in Laos trying to buy a one-way ticket home ( had to fly earlier than planned)and I bought a ticket for 5.5k on Emirates Airways. My credit card was initially declined due to “fraud” suspicion but then quickly approved the flight when told it was me making the charge. The flight was then approved but the following day I began receiving messages from the website saying there was an issue and to proceed to the link to see. I thought maybe my ticket wasn’t processed properly because of the initial credit card decline. And I also was suspicious of a scam trying to get my credit card number. I wasn’t sure which was the case so I went to the App Store and downloaded Just Fly. It would not let me sign in and none of the links they sent me would open. I was also unable to open the “help “ link. I can’t seem to tell if I have a ticket home or not. I can’t contact anyone to help and none of the links work! Maybe this site is great if you’re at home using your computer in Europe or North America, but I will NEVER use this app overseas again. My recommendation is to book directly through the airline if you are not in North America or Europe! I have no idea if I will have flight when I get to the airport or not!

   Genuinely frick just fly bru I’m not even sure if it’s a genuine company atp🫩 Its website, app, and customer service is all so poorly made😭 the reason I’m going to the website, app, and customer service is because the booking experience itself is terrible. Booking a flight is nothing new to us.. even if it’s through another company.. but just fly has proven to be so difficult and poorly made that it feels like it’s scam. We can’t find our tickets to download and it won’t even let us download it when we first tried. That’s how we lost track of our ticket in the first place. Like how do you even lose a digital ticket with all the confirmations you can use to find it again?! After speaking to an assistant from delta she couldn’t even find my ticket in our account so basically it didn’t exist but we paid $900? Trying to find it on justfly but as I said before, the app and website are poorly made I can’t even find anything or get any answers

5. 1/5Literally the worst

   DO NOT use this app or website! I never write reviews, good or bad but this is insane. I use the app to search for a one way flight on a specific day. I see a flight that is much cheaper but much earlier in time so I decide to save some money and just take that early flight. As I am paying and the site is processing the payment I realize the date is wrong, seems Justfly mixes in days even if you put a specific date in the search engine. They show other days of travel with cheaper fares. Although other companies do this they usually specify that it’s a different day in bold or on a different “row” so that a mistake like this is avoided. Either way I thought I caught it on time and hit the “cancel” button. It didn’t work it wouldn’t let me cancel so idk why the button was there to begin with. Once it was processed THAN it let me hit cancel and I was charged a $75 cancellation fee! The booking confirmation email and the cancellation email are 2 minutes apart. That’s how quick I was able to “fix” my mistake. I call their customer service line and it sounds like they are having a party in the background. No offense to foreigners (I’m one myself) but companies like this one use international offices to save on expenses. Neither here nor there really if they were at all helpful but they are simply trained to say sorry for the inconvenience there is nothing they can do. They will refund my flight but the $75 cancellation fee stays even though I tried to hit cancel before the transaction even completed. This is a scam site honestly with that kind of fee. Stick to Expedia where they honor the 24 hour free cancellation policy that most airlines adhere to. And hopefully this site will learn to display more clearly when advertising a flight on a DIFFERENT day even when someone entered the specific day into the search tab.
