3/5Cool Idea.. but Buyer Beware
Great concept and the app has some unique items. However, I have had mixed experiences with purchases. I won two pairs of swimming goggles; both were broken and one had human hairs stuck in cracks. In another listing for colored gel pens, the first picture did not match the colors in the actual package. There were 30 listings for these pens, so obviously a flaw from the manufacturer and they needed to get rid of them. But listing with the picture of what the correct colors should have been in the actual package is misleading. I also bought a pack of three notepads with a grid or graph paper template, but when I opened them, the pages were blank. They definitely need to inspect these products more carefully and disclose flaws.

5/5Prime Auctions to JustBid
So, JustBid used to be Prime Auctions. About a year ago they shifted things over to JustBid and created a new website. The app is awesome and very similar to the desktop version, you just have to learn how to navigate through. They’ve updated it a couple times and fixed some bugs that I noticed. Scheduling a pickup is so much more simple compared to how it was earlier and I’m sooo glad. I hope to see an update including a filter in the wishlist section, but you can also just unlike items to organize it how you want. Also very much appreciate the detailed invoices layout it’s so easy to view now too. You can find some great deals with this place.

3/5Inspect your purchases
Honestly, you can find some great things. But you need to be mindful of a few things. 1. Double check that the price you are bidding is less than what the product is worth. Factor in all of the additional fees. Also, do yourself a favor and double check new prices instead of taking Justbids “worth price”. 2. Products are very hit and miss. You need to be sure to inspect the items and have enough time to return them (5 days). I have purchased things they claim is “appears new” that are clearly damaged or has missing products. 3. Always check the listed condition before bidding. Make sure it doesn’t list the item as damaged. Unless you are okay with that.

5/5The best
The new app is a game changer! It streamlines the entire process, allowing you to easily schedule pickups, check in, and receive bid notifications all in one place. The interface is user-friendly and saves so much time. If you're a frequent bidder, this app makes life a lot easier and ensures you never miss any outbid notifications. Highly recommend! Great Job!!

1/5BUYER BEWARE
I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with Just Bid, including several returns in a single week. A large portion of items listed as “appears new” have arrived broken, missing parts, or not functioning. I understand the nature of liquidation inventory, but this goes beyond normal risk. There seems to be a consistent issue with how items are inspected and described. The inventory process needs more attention to detail. If items are going to be listed and appears new, they should be properly checked and accurately represented. What’s especially frustrating is the return process. When items are clearly misrepresented, refunds are issued as store credit instead of being returned to the original payment method. If the issue is due to inaccurate listing or inspection, that is not the customer’s fault, and refunds should be processed back to the original form of payment. After multiple issues in such a short period, it’s hard to trust the platform. Improvements in both inventory accuracy and accountability are needed.
