1. 4/5LOVE THIS APP!!! but watch out

   I love this app! It’s a great choice for Thrifting/reselling. But you have to watch out for the people. I follow a variety of amazing sellers. But tonight I came across a show where the seller who was vaping and cursing a lot during the show. I was interested in some of there products, but I kindly asked why they were vaping during the show. “hi! may i ask why you are vaping during your show?” just like that. And they block me so since I was interested in their products, I have to sign in with my other accounts and find the same show. They keep cursing a few times but I just let it slide off my back as I’m just kindly asking questions about their products. but after the cursing just got out of hand, I asked him kindly “ can you please stop cursing. Not trying to be rude. Thank you.” and they responded with “ i’m a grown adult and can do whatever the F i want and don’t give a F about what you say” which is just horrible to say to a customer who is actually interested in buying some of their products. So as I proceeded to report the seller, they blocked me which I’m not surprised, but it’s their loss they lost another customer that was actually going to pay well anyway just be careful folks about who you watch and report anything bad that you see. other than that, I love this app so much and use it every day! 😁

2. 3/5Jamble Needs to Do Better

   I’ve been on this platform since the beginning on 2023, it was extremely great! Everyone was selling, having fun, and meeting new people. The bids were bidding, we weren’t having to beg people to buy our stuff and most people weren’t getting banned for little stuff. I have recently notice from the beginning of 2024, they will only promote certain sellers and have them be the stars of Jamble and then all the other sellers that Jamble doesn’t care about have to fend for themselves. There’s too many young people on this app, from pre bids, to payments not going through, and then paying only some sellers to sell inventory that you guys send them. It’s like you guys shadow banned sellers and only promote a small portion. You ban people for the littlest things, like showing a candle, we should all be adults on this app, NOT KIDS! Jamble is going downhill. It is not the same anymore. I do not plan on staying on this app much longer and I think a bunch of people are going to WN. I pray that you guys do a better job of managing this! Especially not letting VadisRad come back to Jamble because she wouldn’t delete videos, you guys cannot control what other people do just because you guys wanna defend your name. DO BETTER IM BEGGING!

   The worst part about this app is that the majority of the sellers will be extremely misleading about their live sales. Example: alot of sellers will title their auction as “$1 starts” (supposedly auctions will start at $1) but not a SINGLE item starts at $1. Ive also seen people who say that there’s a giveaway and they won’t follow through. Lastly, I experienced a seller who was auctioning something i was interested in and listed it under “upcoming auction” which is SUPPOSED to mean that they show it and sell it during that live stream. The seller absolutely refused to actually sell the item for such a low cost.. umm.. no-one is forcing you to sell it at that price.. YOU are the one who listed it for that price. They kept saying they would sell it at the end if their stream but bailed on actually selling it. Either raise the price or just don't act like you’ll actually sell it. I even messaged Jamble about this and they said its up to the buyers whether they actually want to go through with selling it or not. I find it extremely annoying because theres absolutely no accountability for the sellers who manipulate you to believe they will sell things for cheap or lead on things that are not true. They can pretty much lie all they want about “this item will be on auction for $1” and never actually sell it. I dont mind auctions that start at $10 instead of only $1 but PLEASE stop allowing sellers to constantly lie just to keep viewers or lead people on to believing they will get a chance to get a good deal on something!

   I loved this app and bought so much stuff from it, the concept is great and the execution is near flawless. It’s insanely user friendly and seemingly great for sellers too. You can track orders in the app, set reminders for upcoming live streams, view the inventory that will be shown in a live and the starting prices BEFORE it starts, shipping is automatically discounted after your first purchase in a livestream from the same seller, there are automatic timers and an awesome bidding system for auctions during live streams; I even won a giveaway, for which the app randomly gives immediate results for the winner during the livestream. It’s an excellent shopping experience. H O W E V E R I had $26 in show credits on my account, which is money that can be used towards purchases made during livestreams. One day, suddenly and without warning or explanation, $25 in credits disappeared from my account. I had not spent them, they weren’t applied to any of my orders, they were just gone. I have contacted Jamble through the in-app help section TWICE about this issue, and both times I received an email saying that they would respond within 48 hours. I received zero response. I first submitted a complaint on Friday, March 17, and it is now Wednesday, March 22, and I have received zero communication. I want to love this app, but money disappearing from an account and zero response from customer support is just unacceptable. I would not recommend downloading this app until this issue has been resolved.

5. 3/5Not giving up on the app just yet

   I downloaded this app when I saw that one of the sellers I follow on WN came over to it. I’ve logged on a handful of times since and each time I was really surprised about how disorganized and confusing the shows were. Also very very few shows to choose from. And I’ve never actually even seen anyone buy anything…idk it’s confusing . I like a faster pace. It’s awkward to see sellers just stand there staring at the screen. That being said it’s really nice that anyone can do it (I mean there’s an application process but). And I do love that it’s an Apple app…I love that all the sellers seem to have the closets pre-loaded and I love that sellers can upload their items from the other resell platforms they’re already on. I’m going to keep giving this app a shot bc it has a ton of potential. and maybe I’ll eventually find at least one seller that’s more my speed. And maybe even sell since I’m already an established reseller anyhow. I’m hoping my 3 star review will turn to a 5
