   I resorted to using the app while in store after not being acknowledged for over 20 minutes. There were 3 employees making smoothies and cleaning up but zero talking between them. I saw one of them potentially making my order but nothing was said once it was finished. The employee wrapped it up without making eye contact and took it into the back of the store and didn’t return. I even informed the person waiting in line behind me that they should place their order on the app because no one in the store is talking. When an employee finally came up to the register they apologized and went in the back to get my order. I had to ask if there were straws in the bag though, (there weren’t). I don’t know what drama transpired in the store before we got there but the lack of talking was super awkward. The employees were all working very efficiently but the customer service was 0. I could also see the one female employees underwear when she bent over, yikes. Really love Jamba Juice as a company and I hope these employees have a better working environment going into 2026.

2. 1/5New Update Horrible

   Same as everyone else’s complaints PLUS They added a 3% surcharge fee for using the app for online orders! I will not be using the app ALSO terms and conditions of deals CANNOT be tapped on like the other reviews were they had a $2 off a $10+ order but what the app wouldn’t let you see is what it actually said which was that it was $2 off onto your next order but in the app that part cuts off in the deal window and doesn’t let you tap on it to read the rest meaning countless people went and spent money thinking they would save but instead they have to spend even more money for the next time to save $2 on the next order but I bet you can’t use another deal on your next visit and you either have to choose between that $2 or you’re deal and not both. Who ever is in charge of the app needs to be fired and these prices are insane for smoothies that half of the time don’t even have the the fruit that the title of the smoothie says it has like orange dream only has orange juice no oranges or razz matazz and has NO raspberry ingredients many more like that and smoothies separate an get super runny literally as you walk out of the store spending the money on frozen fruit and a new blender will be infinitely better and cheaper than this.. Jamba used to be a nice frozen treat to get when hot outside or with a friend or significant other now it’s a hassle and it breaks the bank!

3. 5/5New Jamba Juice App

   This is one of the worse apps that I have used. You can’t find anything and it is not convenient to use. At least the old app was easier to navigate. It looks like the app was not a finished product and it was rushed to be activated. If I can rate it with less than one star, I would definitely do so. I hate this app and it will discourage me to order online. I have tried this app for the 2nd time and it has not improved at all. It is so irritating to use this app and I would think twice about ordering any more items using this app. It is not user friendly and you have to search for everything. It shouldn’t take me more than 20 minutes to make this order, but it did. Whomever developed this app should be fired because the app will definitely drive customers away. Not happy about this.

4. 2/5this app functions terribly

   i love jamba and when the app works, it’s convenient to order ahead and earn points. however, THE APP DOESNT WORK 90% OF THE TIME. it has continuously frustrated me over its payment glitches, on multiple occasions it didn’t give me the points i earned (that i had to contact customer service about), and most recently it just simply will not work in entirety. it frequently signs me out so upon trying to sign back in today, it glitched and for only a couple seconds displayed the home screen advertising for waffle bowl day 12/19 (i think). that would be december. why would it be advertising something for december?? then it blacked out completely. i couldn’t sign out, look at the menu or anything at all. just all black screen. this happened a couple more times after i deleted the app and redownloaded it with every new attempt to actually use the app. i even restarted my phone just in case it wasn’t the app. but it still hasn’t worked. the home screen that i see seconds before it all goes black no longer displays the deal from december, but it still goes all black before i can even click on anything. soooooo irritating. what’s the point of having the app if it just doesn’t work??

   I like the idea and look and feel of the app, but I have experienced similar issues that others have stated. Here are the three things that happened to me within the first two weeks of using the app. 1. Order messed up because special instructions do not relay to Jamba Juice team. I have tried three times at two different locations and not once had the special instructions been followed and they insist it isn’t showing up on their end. 2. Still have to wait for my order. There is no alternative pickup line for online orders so I still had to wait in line. One time also my order had not been started. 3. No way to cancel the order. I accidentally sent an order to the wrong location and immediate called the location. They said they would go ahead and cancel the order and hasn’t started on it. Two weeks later still no refund even after following up with them. They say they have no way to actually refund the money but we’re happy to cancel the order. Kudos for them. I would like to hear back to see if any of these issues are being resolved.
