   I love this app. I have using it since 2018. They got a-lots of improvement since that. But when it goes to the paid membership. i am expecting it has more customization for different industry. First, when the invoice marked paid, its no longer editable. When we doing weddings, there are always detail changing before the wedding day. I couldn't found a way to solve this problem yet. Second, when i attach pictures, it takes up another whole page to print only the picture on the invoice. it use to be a smaller picture attach at the same page of the invoice. The AI system teach me to edit the invoice layout but still takes up 2 pages. Thumbs up for the AI that understand completely answer my question, even though end up cannot resolve my problem , but good to know we can edit the layout. Hopefully they will have more options for us to edit the layout. And if the invoice app could let us edit the fields what kind information we need to put down for different industries it would be even better. Looking forward for their updates!

2. 2/5Used to be free but now unusable unless you subscribe

   I had been using bookpi for years and it was pretty good, some minor bugs but overall good then out of nowhere now when I go to use it I can’t do anything unless I subscribe. How was it free for years and now all of a sudden I’m forced to subscribe? And no, despite what the company says I was never contacted in any way to inform me they were monetizing the app. I have no problem paying for software, however I have a big problem with software subscription models. I’d rather buy it once for a fair price than pay in perpetuity month after month or annually. I have enough monthly bills. Needless to say I will be switching to a different app that doesn’t force a subscription model on me out of nowhere.

3. 1/5UPDATE - STRAIGHT TRASH

   Congratulations on doing the exact same thing QuickBooks did. In fact, if I didn’t know any better I’d say you idiots ARE QuickBooks. Your update RUINED the entire program. It’s unworkable and unusable. You have cost me time and money now that I don’t have to waste. I hate you for doing what you did! I can’t even modify my invoices. I have no more quick search so when I scroll through my items I have to scroll through page after page after page to find the “parts” icon. Doing that every time is impossible. Do you morons have any idea of the parts I deal with at my shop and to do this every single time is INSANE! It will take me hours to do one #%?!ING invoice not to mention when I’m done with the invoice you’ve taken away the ability to modify it when I have to add more parts or labor or whatever so if you don’t do a perfect ticket the first time you’re screwed! Thanks for nothing LOSERS! 😡😡😡

   This app will scam the invoice sender and client with surcharges and fees. My setting are fully set up to make sure the client covers all applicable fees. After some time I noticed that I’m getting charges for those fees. After getting through their annoying “AI help” bot I got ahold of a real person. Basically just giving general statements like “if the customer pays the fees then you won’t” and “make sure your settings are set up correctly”. I sent picture evidence that my setting have been set up properly and ask for them to proved proof that they haven’t been double dipping surcharges. I have been waiting 4 days for a reply which I suspect will never come. STAY AWAY they will scam you. Very tempted to escalate this issue with the banks and have them look into this apps transactions.

   It takes a few minutes to set up, but once everything is...look out world! Though I have quickbooks for much of my business accounting management (& some invoicing), I have found this app extremely handy on the go. I able to quickly customize my invoices & send to clients with ease & receive payments to my business banking account. I like having the ability to maintain revenue intake without having to worry about keeping up with paper receipts when I’m not in the offfice. I’m also able to integrate PayPal with this app to receive payments. It is definitely a business must have!!

   Everytime after a update there will be issues. Some are so bad it changes the content of the invoices. I don't even mind paying Beacuse it started if so we'll the app. Now with subscription is worst. The latest one has bug and it limit 50 items max on one invoice suddenly and i am stuck having to create 2 invoices for a single order and they reply can't be help. Trying bring an item from below up after the upgrade. It will shoot all e way to the first item after it reached the top of the page.

   I deleted this app today after using it for 4 years. The latest update has completely changed everything. it honestly feels like I'm using a totally different app. The interface and workflow have changed so dramatically that it's become frustrating and, in my opinion, a huge step backwards. I have no interest in using it anymore after such a disappointing update.
