   I absolutely love this app. I use it all the time. I have had this app for about 3 years now and it’s user friendly. I love the fact I can use it on my phone if I’m out doing an estimate or at home on my laptop. The only thing that I don’t like about it now is the credit card processing. When I first starting using the app and on going until the last few months when someone paid on your app most generally you got it the next day. Now it takes 3 days before we see the money. And if the person pays on a Thursday we will be lucky if we get it on Monday most times it would be on Tuesday. Very slow Credit Card Processing for the same amount we have always paid in credit card fees.

2. 1/5Needs lots of Improvement

   It’s not worth the 3.99 per month as invoice asap still has a lot of limitations like not being able to correct the title of an item once you click save. You can only go back in to change a price, quantity, or notes. With this limitation, if you make a grammatical error of any sort you will be forced to delete the whole thing and start over or you will need to go into saved “inventory” and try to correct in that realm but it’s a major pain especially when other programs have simple features like this as a stock feature. In addition to the aforementioned, you can’t get spelling suggestions at certain phases of creating the invoice. There is also no way to upload your own personal company logo. I could keep listing limitations of invoice asap but I think you will be getting the idea if you’ve read this far already. This app used to be free which in its current state should be free. Ironically, with all the money invoice asap is making off people throughout the world you’d think the app would be much more intuitive with stock features like quick books. Unless invoice asap makes significant changes I am going to just take the hit and buy quick books outright.

   I’ve been in business for 9 years. Invoice ASAP has improved my operations immensely!!! I rank it as one of the top business decisions I’ve made so far. It does everything it promises. I have been using this app for almost four years, and I will never let it go. Before this app, I used other more expensive programs on my laptop that did the same thing only not as well. With Invoice ASAP I can shoot a quote or invoice as fast as sending an email. I’ll often evaluate projects with the app open and create the estimate as I’m doing my project overview with the customer. They are usually shocked when I tell them I have already finished and sent the estimate to them via email before even walking out the door of their building. It definitely makes a good impression. I whole heartily recommend Invoice ASAP.

   I’ve been working with this app for several years now and love the way it interstates with quickbooks. No more entering each invoice by hand, misspelled or bad hand writing, over or under charging customers etc. I can send invoices and estimates directly to the customer via email or print them out via my mobile zebra printer. However the credit card processing has completely stopped working and support has yet to get it fixed. There is no suggestion box and the app could use some tweaking to fully fit my business. Overall it’s still a excellent application for service based businesses and easy to use.

5. 2/5It works fine until it doesn’t.

   I have had this app for several years. It has worked fine until about a year ago. Every so often, maybe once every 2 months I will get a screen saying I have reached the free portion limit of invoices for the month. The only problem is I pay for unlimited invoices. I have been on the phone with the tech people for the app and bottom line they tell me that if I would pay for my subscription through their website and not through iTunes that this would not happen again. This may be so, however why is this the ONLY app I have ever had that would require this? I was also told that I need to be signed in to iTunes when I use the InvoiceASAP app to keep this from happening. First of all I don’t even use iTunes so now I have downloaded the app and signed on to it.....oh but that still didn’t remedy the problem. The real rub for me with this is it only happens when I have a customer waiting to receive an invoice. It never fails I tell a customer I’m emailing you the invoice right now, and I can’t send them an invoice, heck I can’t even type up the blasted invoice to send them. How unprofessional is this? I believe the first of the year I may need to look for a new app.
