This update restores the missing notes field for orders and the filter and export orders options.

This update will allow you to update order dates and order completion dates again. It fixes the summary filter card behavior when setting the completed dates and adds a nicer date filter control. When filtering by item dates it will use the item's creation date if no date is set.

This minor update includes a few bug fixes: - a date comparison issue that can cause subscriptions to unexpectedly show as expired - summary showing costs in read only mode - fixes to register mode, including showing item price and disallowing edits - rearranging a few sections of the item view screen and removing unnecessary data when not relevant - a few other minor display issues Also added a new duel photo layout for items by request.
