   I have tried several apps that are similar offering you payouts to complete surveys, play games and things like that but this one seems to be the easiest and the fastest one I’ve tried. I’m not really a fan of surveys. Who is? I mean 90% of the time they get you to answer almost all of the questions aka wasting your time to be disconnected and getting maybe a few cents back if your lucky. Plus nobody likes spam emails or calls or texts… I have done maybe 2 surveys for my first $15 I have cashed out with and I didn’t mind them to be honest. The topic was rather interesting and really went by quickly. I have however very quickly accumulated cash just by using the search option every day, playing a few games they offer within the app, using paid emails that are sent within the app and taking advantage of some of the offers. I have downloaded a game through here which I reached the level they asked within the time and was paid as said. What I like most is that they told me they were aware of my progress and showed me not only that my money would put into my account but when it would be in there. I think that’s awesome and it was right on time as said. I also kept the game, it’s free to play and now I enjoy it so win win. I also like that it’s connected to World Winner because I already always use that gaming app so another win win. No complaints at all about this app on my end. Just keep in mind nothings free, some advice: use a seperate email address for things like surveys and stuff to keep your personal email free from spam. Just make sure it’s the same address you’re going to sign up with so you’re credited.

2. 3/5Yeah there’s bad with the good but you are the judge

   The surveys will not actually get you anywhere, no. I will try to complete one and they do not let me, at the last part they will end the survey with “we don’t think this one is right for you” and then I don’t receive a meager 1 cent or whatever. However, the money is actually in playing the games. They promise you up to $500 for some games but that’s if you can meet the goals by the end of a month and a few days. I haven’t succeeded yet (been too busy to be terminally on my phone) but I did get away with an accumulated $12 from playing Alice Dreamland. Also, don’t pick a game that requires micro transactions if you don’t want to spend anything. Read the requirements first. And pick only games that aren’t gonna make you mad. Other thing, YOU MUST BE PLAYING THE GAME FOR THE FIRST TIME. Can’t stress that enough. Has to be a game you don’t have already. Oh, and it helps to swap between App and online page. Some features are not available on the app version. Now I have been signing in with my Apple account which helps load the games up quickly. You can either use an apple account or your email. I have not been spammed to heck for using an apple account, so that’s there. Maybe a text trying to scam me but that’s about it. In short, I’m a gamer, I like games of all sorts. Solitaire to AAA FPS, doesn’t matter. I play the games they offer me. I do not buy anything. I don’t do any of the surveys because they are buggy as heck. FOCUS ON THE GAMES THEY OFFER. You can at least make yourself some gas money.

3. 2/5Conveniently glitches once making $$$

   I read another review from another person experiencing the same exact thing I’m now just experiencing. I was doing well, only had the app a few days. I was up to $5.97 and suddenly a screen pops up saying I need to reenter my password to verify. I do that, and the screen freezes and won’t process. Then later, another screen pops up that I need to verify my phone number. I enter my number and then receive a message that my number was invalid, when no way it’s invalid. Then it warns that I cannot earn more money until I verify. How can I verify when the link is broken. Speaking of broken links, I looked under the support menu and found the topic I was looking for regarding this issue, and would you believe there was a notation saying that an update was needed and necessary for the app to function properly. I looked in App Store to see if indeed there was an update that’s available. There is not one available. So I need an update that’s not available in order to earn any further money. I need to verify a phone number and password that can no longer compute and process. I think not. Would not recommend. I’ll keep the app for now and if anything changes or these concerns are addressed in the near future, then perhaps it really could be just oversight. If that happens to be the case, I would gladly reevaluate my rating and review. Thank you.

4. 1/5Complete scam, unethical customer service

   I started using InboxDollars on the advice of my daughter who said she had made money using their app. My experience is the complete opposite. I have 20 downloaded numerous games and have completed several offers and have had to fight for my cashback every single time. Every time I have to submit a ticket I get a response that they can’t track my offers. After sending in tons of evidence showing that I did in fact, complete their offer they finally give me my money. But now I am in a position where I have spent hours gathering evidence to prove that I have completed one of their offers and I get an email with a different reason why I didn’t complete the terms correctly every time. Every time I respond proving to them that I did in fact, complete their terms. Now I have an offer worth quite a bit of money and they’re trying everything they can to prevent me from getting my cash back. When somebody invest a lot of money to complete an offer from InboxDollars, it is totally horrible to be treated this way. Their last reason for denying my credit was a complete fabrication and I have even sent them personal information which is none of their business to prove to them that their assumptions are incorrect. I am so sick of being lied to by this company. Don’t waste the numerous hours and money that I have trying to complete one of their offers. Even if you do everything correctly, they’re going to try to find a way not to pay you.

5. 1/5Pretty Dirty!

   Pretty dirty How you have to have items on your shopping list before you buy it or you won’t accept it. Example: I bought Centrum vitamins because I needed them. I saw them on the list right before going in the store & I was sure I added them to my list, I always add things I buy as soon as I see it but apparently according to inboxdollars I didn’t have it on my list BEFORE buying. I got home & scanned my receipt & they wouldn’t accept the Centrum! What if I’m out shopping for the day, not on my phone, & you add something to the list I happened to buy while out? Oh, I’d have to go buy it again even tho I don’t need it & won’t for months. They’re coming up with ways to get around not doing what the site is for! I’ve not gotten anything for more items besides that in the past month or so even sending actual pictures of the items bought from my receipt that shows picture details of my bought items on the stores (Wal-Mart & Sam’s) websites! Years ago they banned me from taking surveys. I’ve messaged them several times asking why & I never got a response. I answer the surveys honestly but I must have not spent enough time deciding if I’m a female or male or what state I live in, going through the questions too quickly! There’s been more & more complaints of inboxdollars & how they’re cheating us out of more & more even when you have visual proof of things they still deny the facts! Yet they want to say they’re being screwed!
