1. 4/5This App Has Saved Me During Unemployment

   4 stars simply because they tend to often have issues with PayPal regarding claiming rewards. But other than that, this app has been a life saver for me when I need to pay for small expenses, but don’t have the disposable income for it. If you get through 5 surveys, you get 5 bucks. if you get through 10 surveys, you get 10 bucks, and so on. They also have the option to download and play games for a money incentive if you don’t want to do surveys, but I’ve personally found that the surveys are quicker and easier. There are certain days of the week where it’s easier to get through surveys without being screened out than other days of the week, I’ve found the best days are Mon/Tue/Wed, sometimes Fri/Sat but those days are pretty hit or miss. Usually it takes me about 2-4 hours to get $10 from surveys alone. Ultimately, it’s a great app if you’re needing the extra cash and willing to spend a lot of time sitting and doing surveys. In my experience, it’s been worth the time spent. $5 per 5 surveys is a pretty good deal. Also, for reference, i’ve been using this website for over two years now, and within the last two years I’ve earned a total of almost $1,500. Obviously, i didn’t earn that much in one sitting. the most i’ve cashed out at one time is $35, but i have earned close to $1,500 in the time i’ve used this site. it IS legit, it’s really frustrating and takes a long time to get through surveys sometimes, but it is legit. I wouldn’t take the time out of my day to leave a review if i hadn’t had a genuinely good experience with the site. If you need the money, it’s worth the try.

2. 5/5It’s legit, but what they don’t tell you is…

   I’ve been using this app for less than a month, and by no means do I love taking surveys. However, this is the third survey app I’ve downloaded and I find that they have better payouts than most others out there, which can offer little or nothing in the way of pocket change for completing surveys, that just aren’t worth the time. Five Survey’s is good in that it offers a full dollar amount per every completed survey that you take. I’ve successfully made and cashed out $30 in the time I’ve been using it. HOWEVER!!! I can’t begin to tell you how many surveys I’ve tried to take- only to get screened out of them- sometimes at the tail end after I’ve already slogged through the many questions, and caught a glimpse of seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, only to get completely shut down when the goal is in sight. Other times, literally immediate shutdown and redirecting. Me to the main page after I clicked on a survey, saw I was qualified for it- and then IMMEDIATELY misled and thrown back to square one. Granted- it’s not the app’s fault, just being the host of the surveys, but it is very frustrating indeed to have wasted more time getting screened out of these surveys 90% of the time, with so much of my time and sanity and patience having been completely wasted and in vain. On the positive side- you won’t be paying off any bills with the payouts from this app- but it definitely works if you need a bit of splurge money for low ticket items.

3. 5/5SCAM LOOK AT TRUSTPILOT 1STAR REVIEWS LAST 30 DAYS

   Five surveys started out good I did 66 surveys but when I stepped into their offer wall everything went south fast. If you don’t have an issue with them then it will be a decent experience minus that 4th and 5th survey but don’t you dare go to their offer wall it is the most fraudulent offer wall to ever exist. If you make anything over 10$? They will put your account on hold and never let you cash out again. I currently have over 100$ in my account and like others they put my account on hold for two weeks to verify my survey responses. Mind you I did not complete a survey for over a week before this because it became too difficult with screen outs and I had success with the offers more…..or so I thought. Two weeks go by and my account is off hold and I still can’t cash out. Support is just AI responses that don’t know what you are talking about. Fake payments team, fake tech support all of it is a lie that needs to be investigated. Their offer wall needs to be dismantled for its fraudulence, and their business needs to be investigated. I’ve reported the ftc and would report to the bbb but they are not credited so it probably wouldn’t do much they are under a branch with prime opinion and the head of the snake is “LEGAL NODES LTD” seems like they were good when they started out but now they are on the decline and doing some shady things on their way out. The reviews speak for themselves and the 5 star ones are old, from when they first started. Report them they need to be investigated because so many like myself are in the same position

4. 5/5Don’t use their Offers section

   Do not use their newer Offers section where you can download apps and games and complete some tasks for a monetary reward. I’ve tried around ten offers off and on over the past few months. I’ve actually been paid about $3 from Offers while I’ve completed about $70 worth. Higher value offers (and plenty of lower ones as well) simply will not register as complete and the FiveSurveys support will do nothing to help. I do everything as outlined for the offers. Tracking and permissions are given. They just leave it stuck on “in progress” Sometimes a multi step offer will work at first (install this game get 5cents, achieve level 20 get 50cents…) and then stop paying when you get to a higher step. If you contact support about unpaid offers, they say their “offer partners” who manage and track these offers for them have no record of my completion and there’s simply nothing they can do to help. Like they’re being held hostage by a business partner they’ve invited in and are consistently screwing over their members. They also refuse to name the company(s) who are their “offer partner” In my experience, their surveys are mixed results but no different from other survey providers I’ve tried. But their new Offers section really does make this company transcend into true scammers and scum.

5. 5/5Horrible Customer Support

   5 stars so that people can see. I made $3 doing surveys on this app after already cashing out $10 in December, then received $2.08 from playing games and was excited to cash out my next $5. However, they erased my $3, so I asked customer support about it. They then proceeded to LIE to me about how I never made $3 in the first place. The frustrating part is that I don’t have any photos of the $3 (after all, I had no reason to do so, but will start doing so with every app I use to avoid this happening again). I did, luckily, have a photo of the $1.50 on January 10th when I recommended this app to a friend (they didn’t give me credit for referring her through my link, but I assume this was because maybe she searched up the app name herself, so it’s all good). I couldn’t be more thankful that I have this photo, because it is solid proof that the idea I haven’t earned anything since December is completely false (and yet they somehow were completely willing to lie to me about it?). However, even upon seeing this, the support team continued to deny that I had earned anything from the surveys. I have no idea why they don’t keep a record of each survey completed and how much it’s worth, but regardless, I will probably never use this app again. I feel like I’m going insane. I know I’m telling the truth, but because of the only proof I have been $1.50, I’ll only get less than what I actually earned, and I’ll have essentially wasted my time. I’ve never had this happen to me on any other survey app. I know it’s just $3, but that’s still minutes of my time that 1. They made money off of and 2. I could’ve used for anything else.
