   App works smooth, probably the number one factor and best factor of all is it is not a google product! Website is quick for uploading documentation for verification are use for the VA in the military purposes but I also use it as a regular second factor authentication app. I’ve had the app for sometime now I have never had any issues whatsoever, never received an email making me feel like my PII is not safe or been breached, I feel safe with my information being where it’s at for verification purposes. Even Apple uses their verification for security purposes as well as the government. I wish they would implement a password generator and storing within the app would be amazing too!

2. 1/5Unbelievable Unverified Unemployment

   This app is pathetic! I consider myself to be relatively computer savvy and am able to navigate numerous new and familiar apps and websites on a daily basis- BUT THIS-it has me going from link to link and is only allowing me to complete steps 1-3, then taking me back to the sign in screen, and then only to steps 2 and 3. I can only imagine the problems others who don’t use the internet or aren’t as familiar with these type of websites will be faced with! I’m literally ready to just give up and forfeit all of my unemployment money that I’m entitled to because this app is seriously about to cause me to vomit from dizziness after being looped around in such circles! All I want and need to do is upload an image of my DL and let you verify my identity…this shouldn’t be so complicated! If like me you’re given no other options besides, “ if you want to get paid do it, you’re smart figure it out” then GOOD LUCK!!! Apparently this one requires something more than computer skills and internet navigation competence, general knowledge/common sense, above average reading/comprehension skills and the ability to follow directions as well as more patience than could realistically be required for such a “simple identity verification that takes MOST people only a few minutes to complete” so for everyone’s sake I hope I am a very lonely minority with all these issues!

   This app is not helpful and simply isn’t working. The freaking id. Me site tells me to follow the guidance and instructions contained in the email. When I do, I’m brought to a screen that repeatedly asks for me to complete the authentication to reset my password. This is to be completed using this horrendous app. Wouldn’t you know it, following along to the “t” yields nothing! I have an existing account that I cannot get access to since the app, mobile number, and mailing address associated with the original account email address are no longer available/valid. Since there isn’t a single human being available to help this law-abiding tax payer, I decided to create another account. Wouldn’t you know it, the system recognized that another account existed. Okay, cool! Let’s reset that account password and move forward. NEGATIVE! You need to merge the two accounts or delete one of the addresses by following the steps on-screen. Cool! Only problem is that the account I just created, doesn’t have access to merge with the other address, nor does it even link them by way of my name. So, I’m stuck in a perpetual loop with the only options being, chat with the stupid AI bottom, or wait for Methuselah to reincarnate so I can get assistance from a human. Boy I love American systems.

   Not helpful, actually more of a hassle when it comes to security. The information asked to verify is never in your back pocket or head to say the least! In order to verify, you will be asked to provide info like military or school records, even a diploma! So if you are Alumni respectively, 10+ years or veteran/retired military, you have gone through an entire decade with credentials possibly on paper that has been through every unfortunate situation you have. In layman’s, you don’t have this documentation readily accessible! However, the scam that this is for our GOVERNMENT; yes, USA aka AMERICA, this information is already in the system on the asking party’s end! It’s just another way to verify or accuse you of some type of fraud and deny you what is owed! Deny you that in which you paid into with your hard work, dedication, patriotism to this country. I have been placed on a identification fraud list while trying to file UIE benefits, due to furlough. The documents includes credentials, id’s and such, in which I have submitted 3 times, also verifying over the phone! This is a way to keep the 1%, one percent and the calloused 99, retrofit! Control the many by the few! Who developed the app? When did I see a poll or petition attached to any Census, that I checked a box supporting this as securely verifying or maintaining my documents for the future? Setup an appointment, in an office, on any date and time for verification purposes and I will be there!✅✅✅ I agree to that, and maintain the only originals to my documents for life, and the affiliated organization as the Key maker for new ones only by my request! People, hide your info as best as you can. You’ve never politely given it away. It’s been taken against your will, word by word, Authenticator app 123!

5. 1/5Useless! Unable to talk to a real human being.

   I could not understand how to get through the authentication part of the non instructions. Sent an hour going over and over and over the extra security non instructions! Then I went to the “virtual” fake person site where the fake person ask me 40 questions as to what I didn’t understand. And because I didn’t understand what I didn’t understand. I answered every time and the virtual hum kept asking me questions that I couldn’t answer. I ask at least ten times to speak to a real human. Finally they put a real person on to type more of the same questions that I couldn’t answer and there was no way for me to type from my end, anyway! I am a grad school graduate. But am 73 years old and don’t understand the lingo on this site! All I wanted to do was to use the SSI government site. Not going to happen because I also idiotically, have to be verified by this stupid site! They will not call you at all. Even if I already have filled out the complete SSI information and that was accepted!
