5/5Diecast car inventory made easy!
I absolutely love using the iCollect Toy Car app to manage my diecast collection! It's such a brilliant idea and has made organizing my toy cars incredibly easy. The user interface is intuitive and straightforward, making it a breeze to add new cars and keep track of what I have. One of the features I appreciate the most is the ability to scan barcodes to add cars to my collection. While this feature is handy, I did encounter a minor inconvenience where the barcode scanner sometimes struggled to find the right car in my collection. However, this is a small hiccup in an otherwise fantastic app. Overall, iCollect Toy Car has been a game-changer for me in managing my toy car inventory. I highly recommend it to any diecast collector looking for a convenient way to organize their collection.

5/5Great APP!
I was told about this app from my sister. So I thought I’d try it out. I have so many cars in my collection I wanted a way to keep track of them. This app is great for that as I can find any car I have put on the app! It took a little time to figure it out but pretty easy. Still learning how to do stuff but worth the $5.99. The only thing I don’t like about it is if you type a car in and it doesn’t pull up a previous car listed you have to enter all the info about it.

1/5So much potential, such a hard fumble.
Most barcodes I’ve scanned have come back with no corresponding models and I am forced to manually scroll through images until I find what I’m looking for. I usually default to manual entry but searching returns EVERY car with that name and subsequently I have to click on each one in the list to find the correct match. After entering 200 cars I opened the app today and the database is blank. Only after uninstalling and reinstalling did I get the message that the servers were in maintenance mode. There should ABSOLUTELY be a local database that pairs with online database as it is insane to not have access to your collection Information if their servers are down. There should also be a maintained database of model images instead of relying on home photos of boxes laying on people’s dining room counters.

1/5Good premise, too complicated and too many emails
Let me start of by saying I gave this app a chance. I really did. I wanted it to be everything I had in mind for an app to sort my diecast collection (I use a google sheet currently) but it just fell short. The app is simply over complicated and there needs to be an interface that’s easier to understand. I was willing to look past this, though, and give the app another chance. That was until I didn’t use it for a day... then the emails came. Wonderful Ethan from Sort It sent me 17 - yes seventeen! - emails in the span of about a minute. They all came in at once and filled up my inbox with spam. This app has potential, but until it’s easier to use and I don’t get bombarded with emails, I will keep my collection sorted on my spreadsheet!

5/5I love it!!!!
I don’t know what everyone is complaining about here with the one star reviews but I’ve had absolutely no problems whatsoever with cataloging and customizing the specific information I want for my personal collection. This is fantastic and my girl is happy because now I can actually box up and preserve my collection for my son and not have to have crap scattered everywhere 🤣🤣🤣 plus I’ll know exactly what I have with one tap of my phone screen

* Hot Wheels package scanning ---- Hot Wheels packages can now be scanned besides with just the standard barcode. Put the entire package in the camera view (not just the barcode) and we'll detect the car model number as well as the barcode. This will pull up the correct single item instead of a large list of Hot Wheels with the same barcode number. Over time this should drastically improve the user experience when adding Hot Wheels into the toy collectibles category as the database gets filled out. ---- Other changes in this update include: - Reloading your collection no longer resets sorts and filters - You can now turn the barcode scanning beep sound off in the Settings area - Minor bug fixed It's only January of 2024 and we're just getting started this year. These are just a few of the many MAJOR features we have planned for the entire product line.
