1. 4/5Great app for good quality songs

   I switched to this app from Saavn. I am giving four stars because Hungama app has control issues as it tends to shut down on it own. Specially if the songs were interrupted due to an incoming call, you may not just play songs from outside (locked screen of Apple phone) without actually going to the app. Otherwise songs quality and streaming is similar or slightly better than Saavn. Another thing that could be improved that was lacking in Saavn as well. In my first ever app, if I start a song then it will not be interrupted regardless of me losing the network in the middle. Obviously I will need network to start next song but it is really frustrating if your song stops playing in the middle for any reasons. Thanks Hungama team for this cool app.

2. 2/5Potential but has taken steps backward

   I have been a Hungama user for over 3 years and I loved the app in the beginning but it keeps getting worse with each update. First the pros: + good song lists and db + search is decent + You can download up to 20 songs for free and then pay for more which is reasonable Now the downsides (each comes with various updates over this year in 2019): - the downloaded songs used to be 20 and you could remove and add. Now if you remove you cannot add back a new song even if you are well under 20 songs - this is a bug! - they introduced ads (which is fine) but the rotation is limited and they ply after EVERY song- I mean cmon even public radio doesn’t do that! - if you are listening to your downloaded list and internet is spotty, it will stop playing your songs as it tries to prioritize playing an ad?!? Really what about customer experience over money making? - app constantly restarts or crashes - Apple car play support is not good - Bluetooth connectivity has gotten worse as my iTunes music interrupts Hungama constantly as if Hungama (while buffering) is allowing other apps to secede it - did I say how it constantly stops playing or crashes (had to repast this one as it completely defeats the purpose of the app) - if an ad is playing and internet access goes (subway), you have to restart the app to play music App is decent but all these bugs make me use it less and less while I try other apps out My advice to the app developers - work on stabilizing your app and focus on customer experience before maximizing profits!

3. 4/5Player issue

   Hello , i just simply like this app so much i tend to spend half of my day listening to this app. Above all, i like the rewards which helps me keep going. Please fix the shuffle and replay option its not working and please add some more albums from 70’s, 80’s and 90’s . I request you to fix the player shuffle and repeat options to work. The playlist just continues to play in the same order everytime Thank you

   This app was enjoyable before but now .... it glitches so much ...whenever I’m not using Hungama and I’m on some other app it randomly starts playing random songs onall of a sudden and then when I go to the app and shut it down , in two or three minutes it starts playing random songs all over again . I tried restarting my iPhone but that doesn’t solve the problem. So I deleted the app over two times and downloaded it again to see if maybe that would solve the problem...but it just doesn’t work . This has got me so annoyed. I would appreciate if the developers actually worked on fixing this problem or responded to this .

5. 1/5Too many advertisements now

   I enjoyed this app for over 3 years, I guess. It was a 5 star app but now it has become extremely irritating by constant advertisements. I used to play music and read a book or just loved listening to non stop music but suddenly ads started popping up in between, totally breaking the relaxation time. Sometimes I used to sleep with songs playing in the background. Recently I woke up with sudden advertisement sound in the middle of the night. In half asleep state it took couple of minutes in shutting this thing off. Result : my family woke up too. Disappointed by it now. I had recommended this to many. Now all are uninstalling this app. Sadly, am uninstalling it too. :(
