"body": "The app is good but the current watching history is not maintained at all. If you are watching 90 episode for example , you need to search the show , then scroll to 25th episode( only 25 episodes shown at. Time) then click that then scroll another 25 then open that one and so on until you see the episode you want. Also you need to remember the episode you are wTching in the first place ;) Please do something about this",

"body": "1) The app design sometimes breaks apart for iPad screen. I go onto the title screen like movie or tv show, and even though my iPad is in horizontal position the app shows vertical screen view. 2) Second point, This hasn’t happened so many times but sometimes some Zee’s own advertisements like movies for 26th Jan or some new tv series shows up on home screens. And that’s little annoying. On top of that, sometimes those ads show up with blank screens and I can’t even close them because the advertisement itself isn’t loading up completely, so I have to close the app and open it again. 3) You guys have done a lot of improvement in streaming of videos. Thank you and kudos for that but still I see blur video in between for a minute or two while watching a movie. Otherwise, great improvements. I have been watching zee since 2021, so app has come long way since then.",

First, why in the world does it show a random Google ad in the website and app, right up top? Feels like some random spam website stuff. Second, the login is completely broken. ‘Get started ‘ and’Subscribe’ are straight up confusing option. Login/Register or Login/Subscribe should be the options. Also, the login option to proceed after entering the email just freezes up and doesn’t go to the OTP screen even after trying multiple times. Also, clicking on the thumbnail should take me to the details of the film/TV show, not play the content. It is an extremely frustrating implementation. It feels like no one developing this app and website has ever tried logging in and using this app. Won’t be re-subscribing once my month is done, feels like an extremely cheap experience for what Zee is charging.",

"body": "Thru this Zee5 App, my iPad was HACKED. I came to Nairobi yesterday & downloaded the Zee5 App on my 2 iPhones & iPad. At first I saw some serial on one of my iPhones for FREE. Later in the evening at about 10:30 pm NBO time, I paid for a 1 month subscription. As soon as I I confirmed the payment, the Zee5 App (which was open) sort of shuddered 2 times and then was normal… so I started watching a serial & a few minutes later, I observed on the to LH corner the time shown was 5 hrs ahead of NBO time. So I opened the “Settings” App and under “Date & Time” which was set to “Set Automatically” showed location as “BEIJING” … I then turned off the “Set Automatically” function and put in Nairobi… then came out of the “Settings” App and shut down the iPad. This morning when I started my iPad, I saw the time was again 5 hrs ahead and under “Settings/Date & Time”, the “Set Automatically” function was “turned on” and the location was the same one word “BEIJING”. This a a very grave problem for all Zee5 App users… I am writing this not to criticize the App which is otherwise good, but so that you guys can fix this major problem for everyone like me who enjoys watching your shows. Hence the “1*” rating for now, BUT, I will gladly change it to “5*” once the problem is resolved by the Zee5 App Tech Team. "body": "The only reason I use this app is because of the content. Otherwise the app is really inconvenient to use. When watching a TV series with hundreds of episodes on a single season (which is typical with most Indian TV series) the app does not provide a way to paginate or jump to a specific episode. Instead you would have to scroll through the entire list to find the episode. What is more worse is that after watching an episode you would to scroll through list again to find the next episode. Say you stop watching an episode in the middle and comeback to resume, quiet often the app will forget that and you would have to search through again and then fast forward to find the spot.",
