5/5Great app w/ potential, coming along quickly!
This app is constantly improving, and while it’s not perfect yet, it is also the best symptom tracking app that I’ve tried (and I have tried many). The development team and support are responsive, and are actively improving the apps versatility and usefulness all the time. I especially like the fact that you can do a daily quick check in all at once (I do wish you could do this for the previous day, I’m often missing out on this feature when I realise I haven’t don’t it by midnight), but that isn’t the only way to log symptoms, and the app also allows you to make notes, though I haven’t taken advantage of that part yet. I also really like the visual of the trends page, which sorts symptoms by increasing and decreasing impact over the chosen amount of time. I hope in the future you might be able to compare graphs for adherence/use of treatments and therapies to graphs for symptom impact. I like the rating system for symptoms (slight, moderate, substantial, and major impact), and find it is well conducive to my ability to check in with my brain and body and rate my symptoms effectively. Overall visually the app is clear to read and easy to navigate, though I wish there was a dark mode/ability to match phones mode. I very rarely stick with any health/mental health tracking apps but I’m keeping this one.

5/5Excellent, hopeful for development
I really like the logging and profile details on this app. I have tried others, but I really like that with this app you can choose if a particular symptom had an overall effect on the day or you can time stamp when it happened and you can optionally add notes to it. Changes I would like to see are a calendar view of symptoms to find patterns, where you can see trends of 1 symptom or just look overall at your symptoms over the week or month. I like the data reports but I haven’t seen it in this view. Another change I would like is rating the symptom only by impact on daily functioning. I would like to have the option of the severity, or pain level, and be able to add time stamps of it occurring multiple times in one day and maybe a note for each time so there’s an option to add what could be a trigger. Overall - this beats the others I have tried that don’t have time stamps, must pay for reports, and don’t have the same profile details. I do recommend it!!!

5/5Great for tracking chronic conditions!
I have only been using this app for almost a week, but am finding it really helpful so far. It lets you input your conditions (both mental and physical) whether they are self diagnosed or clinically diagnosed. I like that it lets me track a variety of symptoms daily to show fluctuation over time. And it makes it really easy to check off treatments done daily to keep track. I personally have trouble reliably keeping track of symptoms and treatments long term, so I’m super excited to be able to have a good record of my health! There are a couple of things it would be nice to add; but the team seem really interested in feedback and improving their product from what I’ve seen so far. Overall I’m really excited about having found this app! I honestly wish I had started using it sooner. I am recommending it to anyone that has the capacity for a little screen time everyday. I’m really hoping it’s feasible for the app to remain free so that people can have access to this tool!

5/5Love this app
I LOVE THIS APP!!!!!! It keeps everything I need to know in one place. The only thing I would add is in the new vitals spot I think you should put a spot for actual vitals because I like to stay do mine at home so I can be proactive and if my blood pressure is off for too long in a row I know I need to bring it up I usually write in the journal but it’d be nice to just fill it in instead of typing it all out in the journal. If you needed to you could put it all in 1 tab or you could put a blood sugar one, a blood pressure one, a weight/bmi one, and an oxygen one. Because my late mother being a type 1 diabetic and my father who’s still alive being a type 2 diabetic would benefit a lot from this app if it had that. And high/low blood pressure also runs rampant in my family and that would make it so much easier to be proactive on that.

5/5Room for Improvements but still gets 5/5
I have been absolutely loving this app! It is incredibly helpful with analyzing a multitude of symptoms over time. I was able to finally find the words to describe certain experiences using the full symptoms list. I am very excited to be able to download a pdf of the information so I can bring it to my providers. As I said in the title, there is definitely room for improvements, however, the developers are very open to feedback and willing to make changes. I personally have given feedback, and Hugh kindly responded to me, reassuring me it would be taken seriously. I believe that over time, and with user feedback, this app will be perfect. Thank you to the whole team that makes this app what it is!
