1. 5/5HP Sproket Plus best gift

   My husband got this for me for Xmas, I think it was 2017, after someone took our pic using a newer version of a Polaroid camera at Bonnaroo & gave it to us right there on the spot! I was instantly hooked & it took me back to when we were younger & Polaroid cameras were a thing. Having an old old Polaroid all big & chunky I thought no way, I need a new one. I had no idea a sprocket existed nor did I expect one however when I opened it, I was all in & in love! I have taken it to a few weddings & give the bride & groom their first printed copy of them kissing or walking down the isle & just love the amazed “how did u do this” look! I’ve taken it to parties & just Printed pics & left them laying on tables & just watched people’s reactions when they saw them. So from weddings to bday parties to Xmas parties I have wowed everyone & talked so many people into buying one! No ink, affordable & u must get the case to carry it in. Easy to use! I’m going to a 44th leap year bday party tonight & can’t wait to use it! A must have!

2. 4/5App crashes immediately

   Update: app developer ended up emailing me a couple weeks after I left my review letting me know they updated their bugs and to try the app again. Just tried the app again and was able to finally open it, create an account, and connect to my sprocket 200. It gave me issues with the Bluetooth part but was able to skip the step, connect to my sprocket through my phones Bluetooth settings then reopen the app to print a photo. After that hiccup the selecting and printing a photo part was smooth and easy. I'll update again if anything else arises. Updated stats to 4/5 because of the Bluetooth bug and previous app issues. Overall: I'm happier now that I can use my sprocket <3 Old review: Can't even open the app. Continuously crashes once you click the app to open. I've deleted it multiple times and reinstalled. Did all the things to my phone itself and still nothing. Very very disappointing.

3. 1/5Really needs tweaking BAD

   Still terrible at aligning photo. Cuts too much off!!! Does not print correctly for the 2.3x3.4 select paper size. The printer does not print what is on the screen and there’s no way to adjust a photo on the screen up or down to where it prints the section of a photo that you want to print. It crops part of the original photo for the app display and then crops even more on the print final. This is not good. In collages, you’re unable to re-orient the photo to match the square. For example if I have a portrait photo in the four window collage, I am unable to rotate it to where it fits in that square so I can only see may be a third of the picture itself. You should really be able to orient pictures in a collage. Additionally there needs to be a lot more collage options. Also most of the add on frames and designs cater to portrait orientation. Need lots more landscape designs. You should also be able to resize photos within the parameters of the print frame. It will fill up the frame and often clip off the edges of taxed. Also why can’t you freehand multiple pictures on one single print and orient them in any direction you want.

4. 4/5Amazing! (minor bugs)

   After looking into the market for a small and affordable printer, I decided upon this one and I made the best decision, it’s perfect for my journals! The quality and sizing of the print outs are great! However, as of recently I have been running into several issues, at times when selecting multiple photos to print out a collage, the app will bug out and it takes me back into the gallery screen, where I need to find the pictures I had selected all over again (this happens multiple times, sometimes I’ve noticed closing the app helps most times though). When a collage does load, I have difficulty adjusting the sizing and rotation of the images. Again, I do really love the app, so I’m willing to work through the minor bugs, but I thought I’d mention it in case anyone else seems to be having a similar problem!

5. 3/5Waste of Photo Paper

   Overall I love the idea of the printer and it does ultimately manage to print the photos (thus 3 stars versus 1 which this app possibly deserves). But no matter what it will always always print duplicates of the same photo over and over. It will appear to be operating fine and print 1 photo okay but your 2nd photo will get duplicated, often multiple times, and your 3rd will just forever sit in the queue as a result. Have to restart the device and app essentially after each print and clear the queue and even that could not work. When you only get 10 photo sheets at a time its very onerous to have it continuously print duplicates and is such a waste of money. App also needs better editing options for collages and the ability to format the photos to print landscape versus portrait. If you have a landscape photo the app will only orientate the picture in portrait. You have to edit the photo outside of the app first to the orientation you want it to print.
