"body": "I’ve tried every HomeKit dashboard I can find - so far, Homerise is the best of the bunch. What matters to me: I want to be able to tweak every little UI detail and have different dashboards for different rooms and situations (TV time, sleep, study, etc) Homerise does this better than any others I’ve tried. It’s (so far) stable - no hangs, crashes or other weird behavior. The trial version allows you to try out as many as three dashboards simultaneously, and you can build your own or start with one of several examples. The ‘pro’ version is very reasonably priced - $5.99 YEAR, with a free week to give it a good test run. Better yet - if you hate subscriptions (I do) there’s a ‘buy it once’ option. Kudos to the dev - this one’s a winner.",

"body": "I really like the overall design and UI. I’ve tried several different Apple HomeKit dashboards. To me, it’s the best interface. The one drawback is that it doesn’t seem to recognize when lights are off. The native Home app normally updates within a couple of seconds of opening showing the status of all devices. Homerise, on the other hand doesn’t seem to consistently show the current status of lights, and other devices.",

"body": "Really took me a while to set it up. Application was constantly crashing, so I had to reinstall it a couple of times and grant access multiple times in order to make it work. Mapping of the space works quite well, but the idea with widgets I do not like. I would prefer to be able to map my devices directly within the room. It often crashes for me while using it so I won’t be using it, but I do like the way where this is going. By the way, when I hear the apps name, it doesn’t remind me of my home. It reminds me of a certain cartoon character.",

"body": "I have been looking for a great floor plan based app to control my HomeKit devices. I think there is a high demand for this type of interface especially for those of us with many devices. This is an amazing start and can’t wait to see it develop. I would love to see markers for contact sensors(showing if which doors and windows are open), leak sensors, smoke/co2 sensors and alarm system, locks etc. looks like he will be adding these sometime in the future so looking forward to those. I also like his philosophy on pricing. I hate subscription models and I’m glad to see that he gives the option to have either subscription or purchase lifetime.",
