   Do not recommend as their customer support is not great. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I will not be buying anything else from Hollister ever again. I order my package for in-store pick up, and made plans to pick it up the day that they told me it would be ready. It’s the holidays, so my schedule is extra busy. It came 2 weeks early, and I didn’t get a chance to pick it up. I didn’t know it’d be this early so I didn’t have plans to go out of my way to pick it up. I still picked it up 6 days before it was even estimated to arrive in stores originally, but they canceled my order due to it “not being picked up in time” and I had to pay 5 times the amount of the orginal price I payed online. I never even received a refund for my online order. Also, if they canceled and returned my package, I don’t understand why the store still had it and made me repay. They need to work on making their predictions of delivery more accurate, not 2 weeks+ off or alerting someone “Oh, your order has been canceled.” This is the least that they can do. I’m very disappointed in them and when I called customer support, they didn’t care at all. I stayed on the phone with them for a while and we weren’t getting anywhere. I was upset that I had to go out of our way to make time and drive all this way, to get a package to say on overpriced shipping costs, that was canceled and I didn’t know was canceled. I won’t be customer here anymore. I’m deleting this app and not shopping here again.

3. 3/5I love hollister but App needs work and so does hollister itself :/

   The app doesn’t update very fast or much. For example: A shirt I really want will be out of stock in other sizes but say it still has my size in stock, so I’ll add that shirt to my cart. But when I open my cart it says “out of stock” which is very misleading and upsetting :/ . Hollister barely restocks popular items too and if they do restock, it’s only certain sizes or VERY little of all sizes so not everyone can get what they want or be satisfied. I’ve been begging for them to restock certain items for months now, same as others, constantly checking the app 24/7 and hollister barely restocks. I don’t like that there’s no option to sign up to be notified when an item you want is back in stock. That’s something that yall should create. I also feel the prices of the clothes are getting expensive. I like the clothes that are more reasonable like 30 and under because quality for some of the new clothes isn’t as good and 35+ is really pushing it for just one shirt or one dress etc. also there’s never enough jeans or long skirts for short girls. I always have to shop online and never in store if I want to find some. So I really hope hollister takes how their customers feel into consideration, I shop here way too much to feel undervalued as a customer.

   I love Hollister. It’s one of the only two brands of hoodies that I will wear. I must have over 100 hoodies in my closet and. I wear both the women’s and the men’s. I continuously have a gold membership with free shipping because of the amount of money that I spend. I’m always looking for the newest sweatshirt. my only gripe is out of the very few and I mean very few times that I have to send something back for a refund and not an exchange. I get charged seven dollar shipping which I think isn’t fair. If I have free shipping it should be free shipping in every instance, I don’t pay for it in the first place so I why should they subtract it from my total if like I said, few and far between items that I return for a full refund. Also, the sales are always great, but I think there should be a higher tiered system for people who spend over $1000 a year. They should get at least one coupon per month for when there isn’t a sale going on. Love love love Hollister they are my all-time favorite brand and have the most comfiest cotton hoodies available on the market!!!!❤️❤️❤️

   If I could give this app 0 stars I would. After downloading the app for the first time everything was great. Prices were nice, I got discounts, customer service was always on everything but that was all up to par until recently. After updating to the latest version of the app and reloading several times on countless occasions my screen expresses the same response to an error, “WIPEOUT, we’re dusting the sand off a few things to make your shopping experience better.” Followed by that it has a RETRY button. I originally downloaded this to make my life easier instead of visiting the store or having to wait online. Well then I began to think and I was reassured about the online Hollister app but sure enough when visiting the site it DOES NOT LOAD and it slipped my head that not only that but it hasn’t been working for the last YEAR or so. I say Hollister needs to get on their A game and pull their heads out of their butts because if this is the respect I’m going to receive from them, this is the amount of respect I supply to them. 0!

   I can't sign into my account at all. I'm a loyal customer and I love Hollister usually, however, having to reset my password multiple times and jumping through hoops just to use the app is frustrating.

   Extremely frustrated with Hollister's overall service. They miss delivery windows, and their automated phone support makes it nearly impossible to speak with a real person to resolve issues. my package has been stuck in Kansas, it was supposed to be delivered on 7/7. I'm disappointed that they continue to use FedEx as a delivery service as the company continually misplaces packages and they do not give delivery updates. 20% discount isn't going to keep my business.
