1. 3/5App is confusing, but the tracks are great

   I wanted to update my review because I did find some tracks that would play all the way through, thankfully. It is definitely confusing to find them, and would be nice to know which tracks are full and which are samples. When you are sitting down to meditate and have to try multiple tracks just to find one that will allow you to relax and get into it...it tests your ability to be present and mindful for sure! :) Previously: I don’t understand...I am paying monthly for “unlimited” access, but all of the audio I click on is only a few minutes long and stop in mid-sentence. It doesn’t seem to matter whether I try a New Release or one of the Library tracks. Also, it is frustrating that none of the track descriptions are listed in the app, so I have to go back and forth from the website to the app to see what exactly I am listening to. Are updates coming soon, or should I cancel my subscription until the app functions? Thank you!

2. 2/5App and website are just bad

   Huge fan of the content and the books behind it. Navigating the app and website in order to make a purchase ... and then use it was and is terrible. I still can’t seem to use my subscription that I just paid $70 for. I have deleted and redownloaded. I have called and emailed and so far have gotten no response. I may need to terminate my subscription since I can’t even seem to use it. To say I am disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. UPDATE: I have been contacted since writing this. I am now able to use the app but functionality is still very poor. Navigating the app is a horrible experience. There is no way to tell if a track is a preview only or a full track available with subscription. Even when you play it, the only way you will know is when it stops after 30 seconds. Which is super frustrating. Also, it’s very upsetting that so much content is “premium” and not available with the subscription. There is a lot of content that you have to pay substantially more for even with a subscription. I wonder why Bob Monroe would think of this mess of a service/app. A subscription barely seems worth it when you don’t even get most of the content that you really want to use. I am so disappointed with this barely functioning app and with how this organization operates.

3. 2/5Great Meditations, Beyond Horrible App

   I don’t want to leave a bad review because these meditations are so great. I love them. This review is for the app and while I stumble around this app, I do recommend getting it with the knowledge that you will have to do some work to find mediations you can use. SO many of the meditations on the app are samples. I don’t understand why the company can’t just put a star next to the ones people have to pay for. Is it that hard? Just put all the meditations we can listen to in a category or something. Or take the “for purchase” meditations off the app altogether. It’s mind boggling that this company can’t or won’t fix this. Also, there are no descriptions for the meditations. You have to search on their website to figure it out. It’s time consuming and irritating. I just shared this app with a friend of mine and she tried three meditations, all were samples, and she finally gave up. It’s so frustrating. JUST FIX THIS. PLEASE. Geez. If I knew how, I would do it for the company for free. You need to meditate after trying to use this app just to calm down after the immense frustration this app causes. If you want people to use your app, help them. Please. Please. Please.

4. 1/5App unusable, developers non responsive

   This is a $300 app. I’m in the middle of my meditations, and the app suddenly cuts out and switches to something else. I have tried to contact the company more than once have not heard a thing. This is a third-party. This is not Gateway. It’s really shame because this selections in the app are fantastic. But the app is worthless if I can’t do them. I’m not even sure how to cancel so I don’t get charged another $299. I keep uninstalling and reinstalling. It works sometimes and then it starts over messing up. It would be one thing if I could get some help from the developer or the company. But you can’t even do that because they don’t respond to emails or messages. So I’m leaving this here in the hopes that somebody sees it and I get some help. I’m ready to contact my credit card company and the BBB TO ENSURE IM NOT CHARGED AGAIN! Just worthless.

5. 1/5Still buggy!

   I just resubscribed after seeing there was an update but it’s still buggy! After about 15 minutes the track cuts off completely or switches to another random track. A few days ago it worked OK but now it’s getting worse and I can’t listen to a meditation without it getting cut off and switching to a different track! Also there is nothing listed under “out of body” which is the main reason I like Hemi-Sync-Sync. I don’t see many of the deeper experiences on the app. I already own a lot of the tracks so not sure it’s worth a subscription even if the app was fixed. The only thing it’s good for is sampling tracks I haven’t tried so I might purchase them. Glad I only signed up for one month and I already canceled. For a company that supposedly has high level audio technology why can’t they get a working app?
