   Well, I did the trial. Cancelled the same day, because I have been burned before. I actually liked the app, but when they still charged me after I cancelled, I will never use it and speak out against this company on every social media platform. Tired of companies doing this. I wrote an email , and of course no response

2. 1/5Can’t Access Account

   While I really like the app itself, I’m really disappointed with the customer experience. After not using the app for a few weeks, I tried to log back in and was unable to access my account. My subscription is paid through November, yet it’s prompting me to sign up and pay again. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a way to contact customer service directly to resolve the issue. As a result, I have paid for a subscription which I currently cannot use, which has been very frustrating and feels like a waste of money. I hope the company improves its customer support and account recovery process.

   I am very disappointed with the app For me it is ineffective. So I attempted to cancel on the last day of the extremely short trial period; (3 days is not long enough to properly evaluate an app with such a nebulously subjective experience in my opinion.) I was unable to use the feedback feature in the app because I was confronted with a pop up regarding cookies that was unreadable to me because it appeared to be written in Mandarin except for several instances of the word ‘cookie’ in English. Because of this language barrier roadblock preventing use of the contact mechanism built in to your app I tried contacting you at your support page with no response. All I wanted to do was get a refund as Healingo did not meat my expectations. An interesting side note is that one of the options in the support section of the app is the opportunity to display your privacy policies; ironically this too is effectively blocked by the same Mandarin language cookie pop up.

   I have severe Complex PTSD; sleep is, to put it mildly, a struggle. When the sun is starting to come up and my brain will not shut up, I turn this on and I’m asleep within 5 minutes. No matter what. I have never been able to think my way out of sleeping when I use this app, it’s bonkers. It even helps calm one of my anxious dogs. Awesome app!!

   It use to take me anywhere from an hour or more to fall asleep. My mind isn’t racing, I just couldn’t fall asleep. When I saw Healingo, I figured what it cost for one year was what my husband and I spend on a dinner. I set the sound for one hour. I don’t think I make it past 15 min. And, not only do I fall asleep super fast, I stay asleep. It’s been amazing!!!
