   HealthifyMe's US app brings comprehensive health tracking to Western users while retaining its strong foundation in diverse cuisine tracking. 2. 1/5Feels like an interns job

   This was a very disappointing experience. I joined with high expectations as I thought I would be able to benefit from a diet and sit was coach on demand at a reasonable rate. My coaches seem good and are very responsive. However the user experience is frustrating. Turns out they don’t have their own content for workout videos. The instructors designs and loads the videos in the app that all haphazardly stitched together from the web. There is no uniformity in content - from different instructors scattered through the web, some are animated, some videos. It is such a cheap and tacky experience for the cost of a US gym monthly membership. Totally not worth it. If you are not creating your own content, investing in the tech platform, then what am I paying $65 a month for? Again nothing against the coaches but not value for money. As a reference, I was a user of Sweat app that costed me $100 for the whole year. They had their own content, music, timers - everything seamlessly integrated into the app. As a user, all I had to do was hit the workout plan and it navigated me through the entire smoothly. With this app, I am supposed to tune into you tube to learn from a random instructional video, then time myself for the set (no music offered), then again go back into the main workout page, pick the next workout and repeat the process - it was so time consuming and frustrating. I am not looking forward to this at all. Will be seeking a refund.

   I love this app! Love the design, clean and the AI features are so good. Been using myfitnesspal for a bit but this is so much better and also faster. The food snap and track feature on this app is really nice and very useful. I snap my meal and it tracks it so quickly. It’s got all my typical mid western foods. They have AI search, like what! Never seen that before. There are some app screens though that look older than some, maybe it’s in transition? Don’t know. Their AI chat which is cutely named Ria is nice. It can get better for sure but no one else has it and is able to give recipes food recommendations and more. I’m excited about this app, thanks healthifyme team for making something cool. Keep improving it, need more consumer AI apps like this to make our lives easier.

4. 1/5Beware of Premium membership

   Echoing other users cautions below, I’ve found the premium membership to be bad for the cost, and customer service for discontinuing membership is non-existent. When I signed up for the trial, I got a call with a consultant who pushed me to purchase the premium plan and told me they would work with the foods I had available in the house and provide a plan that fit in my lifestyle. The nutritionist I was assigned did not find out what I had available in the house, did not consider my lifestyle and gave me a plan that my doctor confirmed to me was wrong for my health needs and when I pushed back she basically told me to listen to her 7 years of experience. When I tried to cancel the membership because it was clearly not working for me, I discovered there was no easy way to do this. I contacted customer service and they keep promising to call within 30 minutes to help me cancel but it’s been over a day and neither have I received replies to my emails and nor have I been called. I’m pretty sure the call will just focus on trying to manipulate me into staying. TL;DR: Non-transparent, bait and switch process, not easy to cancel membership. Do not recommend any of their paid plans.

   I live in US and here is my experience: - Before I signed up, I got a prompt call from one of the nutritionist who really seemed professional, and I signed up paying $150. - I was told by the nutritionist and on the app that I will receive a diet chart within 24 hours but have not received it today on 14 Aug despite signing up on 8th Aug. Unprofessional behavior of not keeping the appointments, and I am yet to see a single apology. - A call was scheduled with the coach on 12 Aug. No one called, and as a customer I have no way of calling them. The number they publish is an toll free number in India that can’t be dialed from outside India. Unprofessional behavior of not provisioning basic call set-ups that cater your international audience. - Upon chatting with the diet coach, She told me that she tried calling me three times but the call did not go through. This is the same number on which before payment, they called me and sent messages on Whatapp to close the sales but during service this number is not working for them. Unprofessional behavior of service not matching upto the sales. - I have been trying to chat with them but if I send a message at 9 pm EST, response comes at 12 am or 2 am. Unprofessional customer service set-up. - With these problems, I asked for refunds on email and chat (as calling from US is impossible). Their reply - the request is denied. Not to mention that I am still waiting for the diet chart. Not a single call has come from these guys yet. Unprofessional customer service.

   Worst experience with Healthifyme, they claim that they have experienced and trained coaches,but they are the worst coaches I have ever seen. They are just giving some newbie. I have changed multiple coach both for diet and fitness but pattern follows. On asking change in diet or exercise plan they will be absent for forever. coaches will interact with you once and give you a plan and will never make changes in their plan even after asking multiple. they get irritated if asked to make changes

   Healthifyme is one of the best things that happened on my weight loss journey. App features of tracking calories, water, weight, workouts many other parameters are easy, helpful. Along with losing weight I got habituated of eating good food. Thanks to my coach Gauri and the custom diet plan she offered keeping in mind my lumbar back pain. I had initially took a 6 month plan, and now after postpartum I subscribed to the plan again with coach Gauri, hoping to get back in shape after pregnancy.

   Have been using this app on & off for several years. Idk from when but the search has gotten worse, why can't the list show searched food item in the priority. If food is snapped it gets recognized correctly but the same item can't be found in search. Hope the dev team fix this issue, it's annoying.
