   I was trying to loose my baby weight after my second delivery, i tried many things like aerobics, running, intermittent fasting etc but nothing worked this time which worked in past then My friend introduced me to FITTR, this is what i was looking for - some guidance. I explored and got inspired by my friends and many others transformational journey, so without procrastinating i joined FITTR to give it a shot. That's the best decision i made for myself in a while. I picked Isha Sachdeva as my coach, she is the BEST. She explained me the importance of strength training , calorie deficits and importance of following the meal plan. First week was difficult, I thought this will not be sustainable but she prepared meal plan as per my eating habbit. I followed the plan very strictly and was very happy and motivated to see my weight loss and inches loss week over week. My coach guide me how to control eating habit by mindfull eating in social gatherings, vacation, festivals etc. She monitors and discussed my progress every week which is very helpful to stay on track. I was 65 kg when I started, i lost 7 kg and many inches, achieved my goal weight in 4 months. I never felt strong, healthy in many years, I continue my workouts during my menstrual period and i no longer feel any cramps and tiredness. BIG SHOUTOUT for my coach Isha Sachdeva ! Thank you Isha for all the guidance and motivation!

   Fittr truly serves as a one-stop solution for all my fitness activities, making it easier for me to stay on track with my health goals. The features for tracking diet, water intake, steps, and providing access to free exercises are exceptionally helpful. Having everything consolidated in one place simplifies my routine and allows me to focus more on my progress. One aspect that particularly motivates me is seeing real people post their transformation stories. It's inspiring and reminds me that my goals are achievable with dedication and consistency. The community aspect of the app, including accountability groups, adds another layer of support that I find invaluable. In summary, I am thoroughly enjoying using this app and can already see the positive impact it's having on my fitness journey. Thank you for providing such a comprehensive and motivating platform.

   I’ve been training with Nandita for a few months now, and I can say she’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and really pays attention to what works for my body and goals. Every session feels purposeful—she balances motivation with a sense of calm that makes working out less intimidating and more sustainable. Nandita actually listens and customizes the sessions based on how I’m feeling, my progress, and even my schedule. I’ve started feeling stronger, more energetic, and most importantly, more consistent. She’s also great at explaining things, especially work out forms, calorie deficit, BMR, HIIT, VO2 max to name a few. What I appreciate most is that she is encouraging without being pushy, and keeps things realistic without ever letting me slack off. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, well-rounded trainer who truly knows what she’s doing.

4. 5/510 months - Fitter, stronger and diabetes under control

   This is my 2nd review - update to the previous one. 10 months into the plan with Nithin and my diabetes HBA1C has improved from 8.4 to 6.4. I have gotten fitter and stronger with improved diet (no starving), controlled diet and a structured workout plan. Food and workout has to be diligent to achieve the goals. Amply communicated by Nithin during the weekly sync ups. Appreciate the detailed conversation and taking time to explain the finer details of food intakes and lifting weights and stretching to the limits. Next goal is to improve further both fitness and my HBA1C below 6. Also appreciate the time and effort taken to adjust the different nutrition plans to accommodate changing routines. Now when i travel i make sure to pack a set of ropes and bands to continue my workout routine, and nutrition has now become a part of daily conversations and lifestyle. Cannot thank enough!! It’s a lifestyle change for the better.

5. 5/5Healthy life style - balanced diet and workout !

   FITTR helped me get into a routine of healthy life style . I’m a person that generally eats healthy food and workout on a regular basis , but until I joined FITTR and worked with my coach Jigyaasa Gupta , I didn’t realize , that it’s not about just eating healthy , but it’s important to eat balanced diet . Jigyaasa met me where I was and helped me to get to a better diet and workout out plan. I could see my energy levels boost up with in a week . What I liked the most is how she planned my diet and workout based on what I normally eat or do . No major changes . It’s all about how you plan it to be balanced between all the macro nutrients. Many of us need accountability and working with Jigyaasa helped me stay on track . She is flexible and works with you at whatever level you are at and whatever goals you want to achieve. They are not about sales pitch , but it’s their passion to get others motivated to stay healthy . Thank you Jigyaasa and FITTR to get me started on in this healthy journey !!

   pathetic the app has problem it's wait of money and time they give you diets and Excersise which are meant for athletes from day one due to which I got health issues when requested for a break due to health issues they said we cannot extend it will request to join the local gym then these people

   i'd like to share my experience with Fitter. I booked a health check-up through Fitter, and honestly, it wasn't a great experience. My samples were collected at the beginning of the month, but I received the invoices almost three weeks later-and only after following up multiple times. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was told there were software updates going on. Another issue was the complimentary two-week coaching that was promised as part of the package. That never happened either.
