1. 5/5This app has really helped me over the years

   This is a long review as I have used this app and his other apps for many many years ( at least 8 years ) ; first found Darren Marks a very long time ago after doing a hypnotherapy session with my therapist to heal from trauma. That went amazingly so I figured “has to be an app for that “. Stumbled across Darren Marks apps and at the time used it for the healing aspect and building confidence after an emotionally and physically abusive relationship. I used the confidence one and I always get comments on how confident I am and how I interview really well. I used the weight loss one when I was stress eating and managed to lose weight and make better choices. I recently resubscribed to use the control alcohol one. I had been drinking every night basically since late November. I knew it was a problem and I knew I wanted to not drink but I kept on drinking anyhow. The next day I would always feel and about it but do it again. And I’m not talking drinking half a bottle of whiskey or anything I’m talking about 6-8 white claws ( those can get out of hand too ). I resubscribed and listened to the control drinking hypnotherapy on Monday last week. It is now Sunday and I haven’t had or wanted one single drink. No craving and no desire at all . But I know if I wanted to have a drink I could. I really never write reviews but I wanted to give this man credit for helping me over the years heal from abuse, giving me confidence , and then helping me now while I’ve stumbled. The app is a little tricky to navigate I will say, but once you figure it out it is 100% worth every dollar and every minute of time. Thank you, Darren.

2. 5/5I Love This App and Have Used It For Years

   I originally got this app a few years ago and have used it to support my well-being in so many ways. Since then, the number of topics available seems to have doubled and they continue to add topics - one was just added on Exercise Motivation. There are topics for healing, clarity, phobias, bereavement, weight loss, confidence and tons more. You need headphones or earbuds to hear the voices appropriately. For many of the topics, you can use the option for “wake up” or not so I often use some of the hypnosis sessions when I wake from anxiety in the night. One of my favorites is Cosmic Journey where you are taken through an imaginary journey to witness the creation of the universe and the Earth. It’s incredibly effective for perspective. I have since joined lifetime membership because it saves me money! I can’t recommend this app enough for people who are motivated to improve their lives and want their subconscious in alignment with their goals.

   I originally got this app for weight loss but discovered that it has so much more to offer than that. Not only has this app helped me to lose weight easily but it has also helped me with discovering, correcting and releasing the emotions behind why I ate so much. There’s such a wide variety of recordings for all kinds of issues people may face besides weight loss. I actually look forward to listening to it every morning as it sets my day off on the right foot and sets me up for success. Darren Marks, the man who created the app, is a licensed hypnotherapist with many years of experience and has a very, very soothing British voice. I’m so happy to have found this app!!! I highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to improve their life by letting go of traumas and issues that have been holding them back.

4. 5/5The best I’ve ever had

   I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years and I can honestly say it is the best meditation/self hypnosis app I have ever used. I feel like Darren is right here in my living room with a private session. The “bereavement” helped me thur a very low time in my life when I lost my husband of 52 years. Then with any motivation I need he is there helping me learn to accept whatever turmoil I am having. I have begun boxing - the Martial Arts keeps me right on track assuring me I do have the power. He puts me to sleep, relaxes me when I feel uptight, when I need to focus. Weight loss, drinking - he is spot on. I would encourage anyone to at least give Harmony a try. I have a lifetime subscription and it is worth every penny. Thanks so much, Darien for improving my well being and making my life happy. Tina

   I have been using this app for a year now and have had success healing my frozen shoulder that had been an ongoing issue for over 15 years. I have up leveled my self-confidence and self-worth using this app 100 fold. I no longer feel social anxiety on any level. And on top of all that I now sleep soundly all night through after years of insomnia. I will tell you that I was extremely committed and worked on only one behavior at a time. I used the hypnosis downloads three times a day, every day until I felt success in each area of change. If you are committed to the changes you are wanting this App will get you the results but it takes dedication and effort. Best of luck to everyone. This App will change your life!
