   Hello! Thanks so much for this wonderful app. I’ve been a subscriber for a couple years now. I don’t see a place on the app to send feedback, but I do have a request for the app: could you incorporate a way to “like” or “favorite” recordings without adding them to a playlist? I think this would come in handy for many people. Personally, although I enjoy most of the sessions, there are some that mention internal organs functioning or blood flowing, and that stuff immediately takes me out of the hypnosis and makes me anxious and finicky. If I could “favorite” the ones that don’t mention those things, it would be immensely helpful. In the meantime, I’ll just add them to a playlist. Thanks!

2. 5/5This app is fantastic!!

   I originally got this app for weight loss but discovered that it has so much more to offer than that. Not only has this app helped me to lose weight easily but it has also helped me with discovering, correcting and releasing the emotions behind why I ate so much. There’s such a wide variety of recordings for all kinds of issues people may face besides weight loss. I actually look forward to listening to it every morning as it sets my day off on the right foot and sets me up for success. Darren Marks, the man who created the app, is a licensed hypnotherapist with many years of experience and has a very, very soothing British voice. I’m so happy to have found this app!!! I highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to improve their life by letting go of traumas and issues that have been holding them back.

3. 5/5Amazing Sleep App!

   I have a horrible time trying to shut down my brain and relax so I can sleep well. This app helps me tremendously and I am able to not only fall asleep more quickly but also get better quality sleep. Now that I have been using the app a while, I begin to yawn as soon as his voice starts and immediately feel more relaxed. I don’t do paid apps often at all, and I’ve tried to cancel and let this one go a couple of times when adjusting my budget, but every time I come back to it because it works! There are many other recordings as well for other areas besides sleep as well. However, I haven’t listened to any of the those enough to give a good review on them.

   I have been hypnotized 4 times before I found this app. and love it! I am using losing weight, relaxing, confidence.. I feel so relaxed and confident now!! I can go to work with confidence and not freak out when something bad happens. I only worry about right now and not worry so much of “what if’s” that have not and may never happen. Before this app I used to get out of bed in the morning dreading going to the gym.. now it is easy and I actually can’t wait to get my day started at the gym.. I feel and look better (others have noticed a good change in me as well) and will continue to use all the sessions!! thank you for making my life better!

5. 5/5This app has really helped me over the years

   This is a long review as I have used this app and his other apps for many many years ( at least 8 years ) ; first found Darren Marks a very long time ago after doing a hypnotherapy session with my therapist to heal from trauma. That went amazingly so I figured “has to be an app for that “. Stumbled across Darren Marks apps and at the time used it for the healing aspect and building confidence after an emotionally and physically abusive relationship. I used the confidence one and I always get comments on how confident I am and how I interview really well. I used the weight loss one when I was stress eating and managed to lose weight and make better choices. I recently resubscribed to use the control alcohol one. I had been drinking every night basically since late November. I knew it was a problem and I knew I wanted to not drink but I kept on drinking anyhow. The next day I would always feel and about it but do it again. And I’m not talking drinking half a bottle of whiskey or anything I’m talking about 6-8 white claws ( those can get out of hand too ). I resubscribed and listened to the control drinking hypnotherapy on Monday last week. It is now Sunday and I haven’t had or wanted one single drink. No craving and no desire at all . But I know if I wanted to have a drink I could. I really never write reviews but I wanted to give this man credit for helping me over the years heal from abuse, giving me confidence , and then helping me now while I’ve stumbled. The app is a little tricky to navigate I will say, but once you figure it out it is 100% worth every dollar and every minute of time. Thank you, Darren.
