   I’ve had a great experience using Happn Bank (LendingClub). The app is fast, reliable, and very easy to navigate. Managing my account, checking balances, transferring money, and viewing transactions is simple, and everything is laid out in a way that makes sense. I also appreciate that the app feels secure while still being quick and convenient to use. The only improvements I’d like to see are more customizable notifications, built-in budgeting and savings tools, spending insights, subscription tracking, a credit score dashboard, and 24/7 live chat support. Adding more detailed transaction information and allowing users to customize their home screen would also make the experience even better. Overall, this is one of the better banking apps I’ve used. It works well, is dependable, and makes everyday banking easy. With a few added features, I think it could easily become one of the best banking apps available.

2. 3/5Bank is good but app isn’t.

   I wish the app was as good as the bank. All options are in odd places. They have a ? as an additional al spot for banking options. That’s usually where apps explain things or allow you to send in developer issues. To find an ATM? Good luck. You’re tapping all over to find it without knowing whether the ATM is cash withdrawal only or accepts cash. It will give the address but not the option to choose a map app to send you there. Ordering checks? Well, too bad. The company they chose no longer be we services LC customers. You have to talk to LC customer service and tell them you need checks. They have to order them. I understand security but other banks also make it easy to order a replacement card. LC makes you call. For people like me that live in some dead spots and small towns, it’s not so easy. The app really needs to be updated and have options like the others. I want to like the bank 100% but these issues make me lean closer and closer to base bank whom I despise. I can at least deposit cash or checks there instead of guessing whether the ATM I’m going to even has that option. Instead, I’m having to use Chase ATMs for cash deposits and then sending myself money through Venmo.

3. 2/5High Yield Savings % Scam

   I made an account with lending club in the understanding that I’d be receiving an APY rate of 5.15% with their High Yield Savings account. I have my transfers scheduled so have never missed a deadline as they state in order to keep that rate you have to put in $250 or up monthly. I feel so scammed and swindled right now. They have sent me 3 different emails now, each one stating that my rate is going down a considerable amount. I’m extremely disappointed as that was the whole reason why I opened up this account, to be able to have a high rate. Well, to let you all know, apparently they have done this to other peers of mine at completely different sign up times. They only give you that rate when you first open an account and then “uh oh 1 month later we have to bring your 5.15% rate down to 5.00% bc the government said to” understandable, but then the next month “uh oh actually we have to bring you down to 4.75% now (no explanation for this one) ” to NOW CURRENTLY “oh we moved your rate down to 4.50%”!???!! No explanation for this one as well. All of this has happened in the span of THREE MONTHS, so I can only guess it’ll be going down an extreme amount once I hit 6 months with them. Well not even, I don’t even think I’ll even continue with them. They make you sign a doc stating that they can change the percentage whenever they want. So all of it is indeed PREPLANNED but they DONT tell you that. I signed that doc thinking “oh surely that’ll be a once in a blue moon situation” well, it’s not. They’re constantly bringing it down, and I’m sure at some point it’ll be brought down to the regular standard 3.50% , They just trick you into it. I will not be recommending lending club to anyone else.

   I’m so grateful for LendingClub! My husband and I are working toward buying a home so we can invest in something of our own and build a future for our boys instead of continuing to rent in this expensive economy. For a long time, I tried working with my personal banks to get a loan to pay off high-interest debt, but I kept getting the runaround. 5. 5/5Lending Club is Amazing

   I wish I would have known about Lending Club years ago. This company is the real deal. Within 48 hours of applying (which was an extremely easy process) I received my loan for credit card refinancing. I had been making double monthly payments on my credit cards for years, but it didnt seem to matter due to high interest rates and this viscious cycle of credit card debt. Now, thanks to Lending Club that weight has been lifted off of me and I can focus on one monthly consolidated monthly payment with a lower interest rate. I will recommend Lending Club to everyone I know! Im so relieved and grateful for this opportunity to get back on track financially. So much stress has been lifted off of me, and I feel hopeful about my future again.
