I didn’t know what to expect from this app and tracking device I just bought. Well I’m pleased to say it not only works perfect, it does everything these claim it does and the nice part is the battery life is holding up way better than they even said. It’s been going for 6 days and it’s still reads 89% left. The reporting the updates that the app gives you is awesome and it’s very informed and detailed as much as you would like it to be. Thanks guys I will tell everyone about you. Great price for a great product and service

Customer service was great to help me to setup the gps, then I bought the service and everything works exactly how I need. Sometimes is a bit slow but no big deal. Battery has a 4/5 days life but I used intensively. Be waterproof is solid maybe a lil big to hide, has two passages on the back o use a Velcro. Magnets could be stronger, you need to find a clean spot. In general is a good solution, with more effective magnets could be near to perfection. Worth the money.

Safari failed to auto-save my password while setting up my account. With a functional system, this wouldn’t be a big deal. However, SpyTec’s site never actually sends you the password reset email, despite being able to send you a receipt for service payment (service that you can’t access) and emails from the completely useless chatbot. If this company doesn’t have a back-end that can even handle password resets, why should anyone trust it to be handle tracking? EDIT: I have been waiting almost 5 days now for SpyTec to have someone give me a temp password so I can reset the acct. They can email me marketing messages, the chatbot can email me, they can respond to bad reviews here, but for some reason they can’t email me a password reset.

It is a great tracker battery charge last about 8 days and even when it is low battery and you do get alerts for that is does a great job wry accurate, the only complaint and it is completelyFrustrating is they make you sign back in numerous times so you could be out and you’re just quickly trying to check in and all of a sudden you have to sign in all over again I think once you’re signed into your device you should not have to constantly be signing in numerous times they need to really work on that

Both my husband and I preferred the original version. I do not like the new name. It’s silly and childish imo. More importantly though is the lag time of tracking. Previous version had a much faster and more accurate response tracking rate. This version is much, much slower. It will often lag up to 15 minutes or more if not refreshed (log out of app and back in - time killer). It will show route going off-road in populous areas. It’s a waste of precious time especially if needed in an emergency. Don’t respond, developers, with some mumbo jumbo. We’ve used the app for several years. Bring back quality and functionality and accuracy. Thank you.
