Both my husband and I preferred the original version. I do not like the new name. It’s silly and childish imo. More importantly though is the lag time of tracking. Previous version had a much faster and more accurate response tracking rate. This version is much, much slower. It will often lag up to 15 minutes or more if not refreshed (log out of app and back in - time killer). It will show route going off-road in populous areas. It’s a waste of precious time especially if needed in an emergency. Don’t respond, developers, with some mumbo jumbo. We’ve used the app for several years. Bring back quality and functionality and accuracy. Thank you.

I didn’t know what to expect from this app and tracking device I just bought. Well I’m pleased to say it not only works perfect, it does everything these claim it does and the nice part is the battery life is holding up way better than they even said. It’s been going for 6 days and it’s still reads 89% left. The reporting the updates that the app gives you is awesome and it’s very informed and detailed as much as you would like it to be. Thanks guys I will tell everyone about you. Great price for a great product and service

I’ve had gps devices in the past but this one is by far the best one I’ve EVER had. You do have to pay $35 monthly for the service, but it’s worth every penny. I can see every single place my vehicle stopped for how long, how fast it’s traveling, and exactly how fast your driving. I absolutely recommend this device over any other one that I’ve tried.

1/5Difficult to Cancel—Feels Misleading
While the app itself has some useful features, my biggest frustration lies with their subscription management. Canceling a subscription should be a straightforward process, but this company makes it unnecessarily difficult. Their website and in-app instructions claim you can cancel under “Account Settings” → “Billing,” yet that option doesn’t even exist. Instead, you’re left going in circles, with no clear way to manage your own subscription. This creates the impression that the company is deliberately making cancellation harder than it needs to be, which comes across as misleading. If you advertise an easy cancellation process, it should actually work as described. Having to jump through hoops—or possibly even call support—just to cancel feels outdated and unfair to customers. I value transparency and user control, and unfortunately this experience has really undermined my trust in the app.

Product and app are everything they say it is. I live in the woods of New Hampshire where cell connections are often spotty. This product has both accurate and timely notifications showing exactly where our vehicle is. Customer service is excellent. Able to clearly understand your problem and the tools to solve any problem.
