I’ve been working with Hail Trace for the better part of a decade under several different companies. HailTrace is a pivotal part of our strategy at several different turns. Storm prediction, maps, customer management, canvassing management, etc. This team, (Matt, Justin, Rachel) to just name a few, respond almost immediately on the rare occasions they don’t answer on the first ring. The customer service provided is second to none. My team and I will always depend on Hail Trace for the value of the product and the costumer service, as long as they offer this product. Thanks guy!

5/5Hail Trace is AWESOME!
I’ve been using HailTrace within the past month in conjunction with Integrity Auto Hail Repair, and I have to say that I am very surprised with the amount of specific, accurate, and detailed information this service supplies! They are super-quick with mapping active storms, and the layout for both their app and website are incredibly easy to navigate while also being very customizable so I can find the exact data that I am looking for! Overall I couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with HailTrace!

I’ve been using Hail Trac a long time. Each year their service gets worse. This year: we paid a years service. Everything was fine until they updated their. Every time they update their service gets worse. I called spoke to Bobby. Bobby said our service was cancelled for non payment. Then I talked to Antonio. He said no we weren’t cut off. I signed on I couldn’t get a map in November. Said I didn’t have access to that map. Then I talked to Jennifer. I ask her why we weren’t giving notifications as in the past and I couldn’t get a map. That was past Wednesday. She said she would send me an email. That was two days ago. No word. We will not renew our service ever. The customer service is horrible. Too much money for no service. 5/5Best Weather Tracking App Out There
I use HailTrace exclusively for tracking recent storms and severity and am always impressed with the features and accuracy of the data. The maps are really useful for locating the best locations for canvassing and identifying potential leads. Matt Grassmyer introduced this to me when I first met him a few years back and it’s one of my favorite tools to use to boost storm data knowledge and leads.
