I’ve been holding off on writing this review because I know no words will adequately convey the appreciation I have for Grace and her team. In a few short weeks, this app has blasted through some serious trauma that I’ve been chipping away at for a years now. I haven’t even upgraded to the expanded version yet, but I literally cannot out into words how grateful I am that I found this work. But that’s just the thing, other than lying down and feeling the calmest you’ve ever felt, there is no work involved! I think the whole world needs this app, and if you’ve read this far, you definitely need it now! 💙

5/5Powerfully life changing 💖
I’ve tried many meditation apps but hypnotherapy is by far the most effective. I usually fall asleep before I get to the end of these recordings. I study psychology and highly value Grace Smith’s expertise in the MedCircle community. I find these meditations to be more powerful as the calming guidance of Grace gets to the core of the issue for deeper, more permanent emotional healing. The one on one sessions with her hypnotherapists are a perfect complement as they are more tailored to work with specific issues. They have also helped me to overcome a lifelong struggle with severe anxiety. Much love and many thanks to the Grace Space Team 🙏🏽.

5/5Great app for hypnosis. Here is where you start if you want to make change in your life!
Hypnosis is been a game changer for me. Issues that I've spent years trying to change myself or though talk therapy I've been able to address, learn where the problems were comiing from in my subconsous and make lasting change.... all quickly. This app has a free option and a paid option so if you can't do one on one hypnosis therapy this is the perfect place to get started! If you are like me this will be the start of an amazing journey and you won't regret it.

5/5I love this app!
I most often use this app when I wake up in the middle of the night. Sometimes I use a sleep hypnosis session, sometimes I use a session for whatever I need to work through. Listening to Grace’s soothing voice and guidance is the perfect way for me to relax back into sleep while making changes on a subconscious level. (I rarely make it past the countdown, and I’m out). There is an enormous selection of topics, which is wonderful. I really recommend using the Grace app for your go-to hypnosis!

5/5Relax in positivity
I have used this app for the last 3 yrs and it really has changed my life, and I’m constantly recommending it all my friends! No matter what the issues are! It has it ALL! My 15yr old high school son even enjoys the confidence one as a meditation. This helps my ADD so much, and I’m able to run my own business. I have re wired my thinking and I’m able to deal with life anxiety so much easier! Thank you Grace for pioneering this amazing helpful life changing company! Hypnosis mainstream yes
