   1. Is it possible to carryover information between the app and the website? TeamSnap allowed this but I can’t find a way to do this on GotSport. Sometimes it is easier to do things on a computer instead of a phone 2. How can I gather availability for a not GotSport sanctioned tournament- I put it under Team Event but availability wasn’t able to be put in so I had to create a game also 3. Can we input information for a location 1 time and it just carryover or automatically fill in? TeamSnap offers this. Every time I logged a game I had to input it- waste of time 4. I appreciate that we can repeat a training but I wish that we could do it when we first enter it and do multiple dates when we first enter it instead of each time- TeamSnap allowed this, again a waste of time. A repeated event has been deleted 4 times.🤬 5. Is there a recommended way for both parents to log in to see the team? 6. How can we add their numbers? 7. Is there the ability to send a text through the app- available on TeamSnap

   I was a bit confused at first about how to use the app, but once I realized my club needed to activate my team, everything fell into place—and it became a total game-changer! Unlike other apps like TeamSnap or PlayMetrics, I don’t have to manually update games or schedules player info because GotSport Live automatically syncs with my kids’ games and team information. We use it for both rec and competitive teams, and it’s made communication so much easier. It cuts down on over-communication between parents and coaches since everything syncs directly with leagues and tournaments and my GotSport account ( just one log in for everything GotSport) . I can also create practice schedules, see who’s attending, and get important club updates—all without having to scroll through social media. The app is super simple to use, and I love that I don’t have to constantly input information. The automation and syncing save me so much time, letting me focus on what matters most—soccer!

3. 2/5Saving Pics & Videos = 👎🏻

   Trying to save pics and videos shared via the chat is waaaaaay too unintuitive… I had to press/hold the screen on the pic (without opening it) to get a menu, to then click “share”, to then get another menu, to then be able to send the pictures to a browser and then from the browser, get an option to save to my Photos app. Why not have an option in the first menu?! And trying to do this with videos, couldn’t get a solution to work at all. And alternatively, having any option after you open the picture from that chat, nada. Come on GotSport, it shouldn’t be this difficult…

   This is a pretty terrible team management app. Parents have difficulty getting connected to team. Some players can update game status, others can’t. You’ll spend weeks or months trying to get your whole team and families set up. Good luck if your players have to complete state requirements. Team chat and schedule looks like it’s from a circa-1999 website. You can get info from a chat bot or when you email for help they’ll send you hundreds of videos which may or may not address your issue. Overall, this app increases the amount of time you have to spend on team management.

5. 1/5Nothing works intuitively

   I’m a registrar for our team, I’ve registered teams for our seasons and yet when I go to the app it tries to make me set up an account. The hyperlinks to the support go to 404 zendesk not found pages. The website is incredibly hard to understand. You think there’d be linking between the team and just have a list of what they’re doing. Every time the sort function is needed and then a drop down and then clicking a button takes you somewhere else. The only good thing is their repository for forms and verifying information. But even that I think is verified by the state.
