I’ve been using various online gym scheduling systems since the early websites of the 90s. Many seem more complicated than necessary and probably more expensive for the gym owner. As a user, this has been rock solid for me for multiple workouts per week for well over a year. It’s a solid platform.

3/5Unable to update or contact support
My Add to Calendar button has not been working for a couple of months. It should auto update as all of my other apps do, but it is not. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times with no luck. It will simply not install the latest version listed on the App Store. My phone is up-to-date. I have tried to contact Support, but it sends you to the app website which only allows you to contact sales from the business end. Not as an app user. Getting very frustrated.

1/5Constant bugs
There is always something not working with this app, let alone the rest of their software. It’s been over a year and it’s just one thing after another. I currently can’t even log in, and I bet the best support option we have still is sending a screenshot and hoping for the best. Any fix that actually does happen is never communicated back to anyone, so you just have to discover something works again by yourself. It’s not surprising considering the lack of actual support there is from this company as a whole.

5/5Impressed!!!
The classes are given in the am/pm(very flexible). Instructors make sure we get a good stretch before workouts. They do their homework, every class I’ve taken, learned a new exercise position, or did a new stretch! That’s a Rarity! The staff is personalized with each member and encouraging! Great job to the instructors Christian, Danny, Yahaira!

2/5Getting rid of a subscription
I really liked the app for the simplicity but now it’s too simple. I don’t have enough time or money to be going to the gym along with other subscriptions I have. I’ve been trying to log into my account on my computer but it won’t let me when I can log onto my phone just fine. This is super frustrating and I have no one to reach out to. I genuinely don’t recommend this app unless you’re going to use it all the time.
