   I found Cory through Facebook. When he told me that he had an app I figured it was going to be this basic throwing together app. I was shocked and surprised to find out that I could connect my Fitbit and my meal planning app through his actual application. It made it easy to track my meals and my workouts. Everything is set up for me all I have to do is print my menu,, Cook my food and see the difference for myself. I think my favorite part about the app is that I can take my pictures and look back for myself and see how much I’ve changed. This app is amazing and I’m so glad that you invested the time and money into this! I feel like I have accountability and it makes it easy for me to see my progress and track how much of a difference I’m making from work out to work out a meal to meal, But also with my weight! This app totally sealed the legitimacy part of your plan for me.

   1) Her membership included one phone call a month for encouragement and any questions I may have but as soon as she found out, I would not continue with her because of financial setbacks she refused to meet with me call and express the phone call was only for those who continually work with her. As soon as she found out she wasn’t going to get any more money from me, She was done. Quality of her service went downhill. I only used two weeks during her last month and then requested reimbursement for the other half. Due to being uncomfortable because of her complaint of me, not continuing with her. I have yet to receive any kind of reimbursement very disappointed. 2) I liked her workouts and at first she seemed nice. The meal plans were concerning because she had white rice, bread and oats (high carb) options and I told her I’m pre-diabetic and want to lose weight. It took three days going back and forth trying to have her adjust the meal plans to lower carbs. I always asked to have them by Friday so could shop over the weekend and start on Monday. I received the completed meal by Monday (due to going back and forth) which would throw off my week. I was very disappointed when I only use half of her membership the last month and she never reimbursed anything. It shows we’re her heart and professionalism is.

3. 1/5Worst app out there, terrible customer support

   This is one of the worst health & fitness related apps available. It crashes daily, crashes during workouts , doesn’t sync properly with my Apple Watch, doesn’t properly record workouts , doesn’t properly update from my fitness pal foods and frequently leaves out entire meals and steps. I could go on and on, basically every it claims to do it doesn’t do. And guess what happens when you reach ont to customer support ? They have you delete and re download the app over and over again , never taking responsibility for their own bungled technology. Guess what customer support, Re downloading it on a now daily basis does nothing to fix your poorly made technology. All it does it drive your customers crazy. On top of that they have blamed my watch & Phone as the problem. Here’s the thing, I took both devices to Apple and they’re working perfectly, they run every other app perfectly. So how is it that I can operate phone, my watch and every other app but yours but somehow it’s my fault as a customer ? How about fixing your app. I have no choice but to use it because it’s the app my trainer uses, but I hope he finds a new choice soon. Trainers, watch out , you want accurate stats on your clients ? Don’t look here. Your clients will eventually drop you out of frustration.

4. 3/5Interface problems that make the app harder to use

   The app is fine for what it does (track your workouts, show you videos of proper form, communicate with your trainer, etc.). But the interface is TERRIBLE. First off, unless you have perfect vision (i do not), you can barely figure out where to input data during your workout. Simple interface elements (like shading) could solve this. But the absolute worst thing is that for no good reason, this app responds sluggishly - like a snail trying to get thru cold molasses. You hit a button (like starting the rest timer). Nothing happens. You stare at it and think, “Did I miss the button?” You give it another second or two and then hit the button again. At this point, you see the timer start and immediately stop because it’s suddenly registering both taps. This is inexcusable. When you tap on something, it should respond in under a second. PLEASE fix your app! Please get some user interface consultant to teach you how to follow the interface guidelines. I’d love to give this app a higher rather….

5. 3/5Great but needs refinements

   1. When I am listening to music through my Powerbeats Pro, and the timer goes off for another set, it reduces the max volume for my music and then I can’t really listen anymore. I have to close and reopen the app and it’s a distraction from my workout. I believe it’s a bug and it should actually only silence the music for about a second rather than forever. 2. I normally use my notes app or a notebook to take notes on my workouts. For example, some machines have several points for adjustment, and I write them all down. I want to be able to do this on the app as it’s really convenient how it preloads information from the last time I did each movement. So a little note feature for each movement would be great, that gets preloaded just like my previous rep and weight data. I’m currently using the comments but it seems I can’t even access previous comments when I start a workout. Overall it’s a useful app though. If it had everything I wanted I would replace it with my notes app or notebook.
