2/5Getting rid of a subscription
I really liked the app for the simplicity but now it’s too simple. I don’t have enough time or money to be going to the gym along with other subscriptions I have. I’ve been trying to log into my account on my computer but it won’t let me when I can log onto my phone just fine. This is super frustrating and I have no one to reach out to. I genuinely don’t recommend this app unless you’re going to use it all the time.

3/5Unable to update or contact support
My Add to Calendar button has not been working for a couple of months. It should auto update as all of my other apps do, but it is not. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times with no luck. It will simply not install the latest version listed on the App Store. My phone is up-to-date. I have tried to contact Support, but it sends you to the app website which only allows you to contact sales from the business end. Not as an app user. Getting very frustrated.

In the year 2024, payment processors are a dime a dozen but this app manages to make updating your payment method a nightmare. The app is not intuitive, full of errors, and confusing to navigate. You cannot select which payment method you prefer nor resubmit a payment. I had a credit card stolen which froze a gym membership when they attempted to take payment from the cancelled card—this app will not let me resubmit payment to any updated methods and meanwhile I’m locked out of my membership. Glofox can do better.

The only reason i didn’t give GloFox 5 stars is because I wish it would list who signed up. You have the option to save your space. I wish it would atomically save my space and put a name there. It does not let you save a space for all classes only certain classes.

3/5Wasn’t working, gym had to add credits
I used GloFox successfully for almost 5 months but then it stopped letting me sign up for any classes despite being a fully paid up member on autopay. I tried it on the app, on mobile browser, and on a laptop browser, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, but still couldn’t get it working. My gym went into my account and added credits for me & now I can sign up.
