"body": "I cannot believe Apple has allowed this app on their platform. It does not work; you can't even get past the install screen without signing up for a $5-a-week subscription. After paying for the subscription, I still get nothing but failures. The app refuses to advance past the installation screens, showing errors repeatedly. Tech support is nonexistent. Their older apps were terrible, never worked, and now their new one is even worse. These people exploit family and friends who have loved ones behind bars by overcharging them for texts, calls, and videos, and by releasing poor-quality apps and websites. They should be sued for civil rights violations; they are an incompetent, immoral, and completely corrupt company that needs to be removed from the Apple platform.",

"title": "“free trial” but it costs you a week of access you don’t get.",
"body": "I signed up for the free trial before finding out I had the wrong app and cancelled the subscription same day. Three days later and every day since my entire apple account is frozen behind a mandatory billing update because of a failed payment to these goons getting stuck in my pending transactions. When I go to cancel it, the subscription is already cancelled (as of the last day of the free trial), apple won’t do anything on its end, and i can’t even report an issue in the app because I deleted it that day and, surprise, my app store won’t download it again until i pay for the subscription i do not have :)",

The app is so confusing and continues to take you back to a page where they try to get more money out of you quoting different prices for the same thing you just purchased and then when you wanna unsubscribe, they make sure that it’s virtually impossible for you to get to a place where you can unsubscribe even though they tell you, you can unsubscribe at any time no, you can’t. They are stealing people’s money.",
