   I literally just want to say thank you! I am truly so happy with my pictures I received today! 😍 Not only was like the quality of my pictures perfect, but I’m so impressed! The packaging was wonderful! It was so easy to grab & go & open! My whole ordering process was so easy! It went so smoothly! And being updated was my favorite thing! 😍 I mean like from when y’all got done with them to when it was shipped where it was at, ETA on when I’d get them! And then getting them earlier than expected! LIKE WHAT? Y’all have got to be kidding me! I absolutely loved the ordering process, the work, the quality of my pictures, and free stuff? Like who doesn’t want that! 😍 oh and y’all from TX! Like ummm yessss please! I want more stuff! ☺️ Now I can only imagine my book I ordered! 😍 I can not wait! Thank y’all so much for literally everything! Y’all definitely are amazing! ☺️🩷 I also forgot to mention! When I emailed asking y’all’s care team a question! Oh Dear Lord Jesus were y’all fast to respond! Like I was so so happy! Y’all took care of me so well! Not even being dramatic! 😫😍 thank y’all so much! Y’all are above & beyond! 🤩 Oh and for anyone, I ordered 4x6 with white boarder outline! And one 5x5! I loved them! ☺️

   They say that looking at pictures of your loved ones helps maintain fond feelings for them. So what better deal than getting free printing? 4x6 prints are always free, while other sizes like 5x5 and up cost a little extra. The great thing is that you can crop in the app after you’ve chosen your size, so you don’t have to pre-adjust your pictures in your photo roll before ordering printing. (Sometimes, they’ll offer a free size deal.) I love the free prints, but the app experience could be better! I don’t like how there’s no reviewing what I’ve chosen to print for each sizes once I’m past the order section. That makes checking out hard, as going back would delete every picture and size I’ve already meticulously selected. I also wish I can see the products ahead of time. FreePrints offers more than just photos. After you’ve selected all your photos, they give you bonus options to turn your photos into cute magnets and calendars. But you can’t see those magnet and calendar options until you’re done picking your photos. I want to see the magnet options and prices without having to set up and select photos for printing.

   Okay so let’s start out with the pros of the app. The prints are incredibly cheap if you don’t want the huge ones. I love the fact that I can pay 10 bucks for 100+ prints and not including the free ones you get every month. That being said.. it’s honestly a guessing game on when you’re going to get your prints. I’m not sure if I just had a bad experience since at the time I ordered them there was snow, but girl. I had 4 orders, two were supposed to come on the 18th, and 2 were supposed to come on the 21st. 18th came around, nothing. Then on the 19th I got part of a package that was supposed to come on the 21st. Key word “part”. So I used the AI helper bot they have and apparently my twelve prints were spilt up into three separate packages. Then on the 21st I got one of the orders that was supposed to come on the 18th in which all of my prints came. Then on the 22nd (the day I’m writing this) The second half of my package came… but I’m still missing my two full packages and the third part of my package.😭 I understand that shipping dates are ultimately just guesses, but like come on.. this is craziness. To end this review off on a positive note, the prints came out beautifully and they MIGHT have been worth the wait. (Honestly this might just be me overreacting and being impatient but whatever😭)

   I had downloaded this app, Snapfish, and Shutterfly to order photos for an anniversary present. Of the 3 apps I chose to use this one- HORRIBLE MISTAKE. I ordered on 12/13 and paid $8 for “expedited” shipping. The app said they shipped same day and would arrive by Thursday the 19th (my anniversary being Christmas Eve that would be fine and I would have time to put together my gift)... The 19th came and went- nothing. I waited until Friday evening- nothing. I even waited until Saturday since it’s the holidays- still nothing. So I try to contact FreePrints customer support from the app. I get a pop-up that says “wait until Sunday, if your order hasn’t arrived contact us through the app”. FRUSTRATING-but okay. I did so, still nothing. Try to contact them through the app and then it gave me a different pop-up that says “your prints have shipped and will arrive by 12/19.” They have purposefully made it impossible for you to contact them. I had to send an email through the “so have a suggestion” tab to get any assistance. And the only thing they offered was to reprint them or refund me.... you made me wait 3 days AFTER my order was supposed to be delivered which was 6 days AFTER I ordered it with “expedited” shipping... leaving my anniversary tomorrow with no pictures. You should be reprinting them, and shipping them overnight at your cost at this point. Kicking myself for choosing this app over the others as I might actually have my photos if I had chosen one of the other apps. Shame. Will never use their services again.

5. 3/5Great prints, terrible shipping

   Great prints, no problem with photos themselves, everything was right. The shipping on the other hand is lacking. Every package arrived after the date estimated, and sometimes several days later. I paid extra for expedited shipping and was happy when I got the updates and it said “arrives on this date” however, none of the photos actually arrived on “the date” I understand shipping isn’t a 100% accurate science, but since I was waiting on the pictures for a project that had to be done by a certain day, I got very nervous when my photos didn’t come on time especially when I paid extra. Now, luckily I gave myself some time so I was able to get my project done in time, but if the site tells you that the prints should be there on a certain day, it should arrive. I would have rather been told it would arrive a couple days later and been surprised they arrived early, a small buffer is never a bad thing. I also didn’t get a tracking number on all my packages, so i couldn’t even track where they were, and be able to see when I might get them. I will still order from this company, and recommend it to people, but I will not trust the ship dates and always give myself at least a week buffer.
