This app has amazing sales all the time and freebies too! Been using for months and not 1 time have I ever paid full price for anything. Only pay shipping! 5 photos free with only having to pay $4.95 for shipping! Photo quality is great and if you have an issue, customer service gets back to you quickly. App is very user friendly and clean to navigate. It’s nice that there are apps out there like this for those of us missing a loved one who’s incarcerated. The jail my bf is at only accepts photos straight from a company so this app is awesome and appreciated! Only negative that stood out to me is the extra (very overpriced) charge to send a note with your pics. You can skip this option if you want, which I always do. I will say- if they did not offer these awesome sales I would prob never order from them bc they’re expensive. But their sales are on point so don’t have to worry about that!

Nothing ever sent lost $40. I made a mistake of placing a order January 1 here we are January 27 and nothing has been delivered to the prison at all. No pictures have been delivered. I’ve called several times they cannot provide any tracking numbers or What happened to the pictures? They refused to refund the money just keep saying that they will send more pictures, but they have no way of on their website it clearly states they do not refund money if you never get your pictures in my world. This is called a scam. I went to Walmart and printed my photos for less than four dollars bought a card. Put the photos in the card and mailed to the prison and it was received within seven days cost less than $10. They charge $40 and never deliver. It seems like a scam. Their customer service is so poor all they will tell you if they’ll send more photos at a later date once again they cannot give you a tracking number nor tell you when they’re gonna actually send the photos. Stay away from this company. All they’re doing is taking advantage of the families who have people incarcerated.

I can’t even put into words how thankful I am for Photo Inmates. When you’re dealing with a loved one being incarcerated, everything feels heavy, stressful, and overwhelming. This service brought a sense of comfort during a really hard time in my life. They made the process simple, treated the situation with care and respect, and never made me feel rushed or like “just another customer.” The communication was kind, professional, and reassuring, and the turnaround was fast when I needed it most. Being able to see my loved one meant more to me than I can explain. It gave me peace, reassurance, and a little bit of normalcy when things felt anything but normal. I truly appreciate the compassion and effort they put into what they do. If you’re in a tough situation and need a service you can trust, this is it. From the bottom of my heart thank you.

Somebody made an account in my name and put my address in and sent pictures screen shot from social media to an inmate. I contacted the company who told me it’s not their problem if somebody other than me used my information and resulted in an inmate receiving my home address! The response I got was not to let people know my address as if street numbers aren’t listed on mailboxes and houses. There is no security being taken to make sure others are being put in danger. I’ve been harassed by said inmate before as well as other members of my family and I’m nervous that vandalism to my property was also done by this individual, had the post cards not been returned to sender I wouldn’t know and this person would have what I look like and my address, could pass it along to anyone they felt like. A company providing this type of service that’s website claims that they “strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized to or alteration of your personal information”, really needs to make sure they aren’t endangering others without their knowledge!

Only pay shipping! 5 photos free with only having to pay $4.95 for shipping! Photo quality is great and if you have an issue, customer service gets back to you quickly. App is very user friendly and clean to navigate. It’s nice that there are apps out there like this for those of us missing a loved one who’s incarcerated. The jail my bf is at only accepts photos straight from a company so this app is awesome and appreciated! Only negative that stood out to me is the extra (very overpriced) charge to send a note with your pics. You can skip this option if you want, which I always do. I will say- if they did not offer these awesome sales I would prob never order from them bc they’re expensive. But their sales are on point so don’t have to worry about that!",

          "body": "Nothing ever sent lost $40. I made a mistake of placing a order January 1 here we are January 27 and nothing has been delivered to the prison at all. No pictures have been delivered. I’ve called several times they cannot provide any tracking numbers or What happened to the pictures? They refused to refund the money just keep saying that they will send more pictures, but they have no way of on their website it clearly states they do not refund money if you never get your pictures in my world. This is called a scam. I went to Walmart and printed my photos for less than four dollars bought a card. Put the photos in the card and mailed to the prison and it was received within seven days cost less than $10. They charge $40 and never deliver. It seems like a scam. Their customer service is so poor all they will tell you if they’ll send more photos at a later date once again they cannot give you a tracking number nor tell you when they’re gonna actually send the photos. Stay away from this company. All they’re doing is taking advantage of the families who have people incarcerated.",

          "body": "I can’t even put into words how thankful I am for Photo Inmates. When you’re dealing with a loved one being incarcerated, everything feels heavy, stressful, and overwhelming. This service brought a sense of comfort during a really hard time in my life. They made the process simple, treated the situation with care and respect, and never made me feel rushed or like “just another customer.” The communication was kind, professional, and reassuring, and the turnaround was fast when I needed it most. Being able to see my loved one meant more to me than I can explain. It gave me peace, reassurance, and a little bit of normalcy when things felt anything but normal. I truly appreciate the compassion and effort they put into what they do. If you’re in a tough situation and need a service you can trust, this is it. From the bottom of my heart thank you.",

          "body": "Somebody made an account in my name and put my address in and sent pictures screen shot from social media to an inmate. I contacted the company who told me it’s not their problem if somebody other than me used my information and resulted in an inmate receiving my home address! The response I got was not to let people know my address as if street numbers aren’t listed on mailboxes and houses. There is no security being taken to make sure others are being put in danger. I’ve been harassed by said inmate before as well as other members of my family and I’m nervous that vandalism to my property was also done by this individual, had the post cards not been returned to sender I wouldn’t know and this person would have what I look like and my address, could pass it along to anyone they felt like. A company providing this type of service that’s website claims that they “strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized to or alteration of your personal information”, really needs to make sure they aren’t endangering others without their knowledge!",
