   Hello Foxtail! I was a big Starbucks fan but lately their service and coffees were subpar. I found out about our local Foxtail through a friend on Facebook. Once I visited and tasted their coffee, I knew I had found my new coffee spot. I’ve been buying their half gallon cold brew and besides the great taste, I can bring the glass jug back and get a discount on the next one. Thank you for the great coffee, great ambiance, and even your cool products.

2. 4/5Amazing Coffee Shop-So so app

   If you haven’t tried it what are you waiting for ?! I love Foxtail! but the app has some small annoyances i’d warn about , and needs some work. It takes alot of repetitive steps to mobile order, each step with its own loading icon delay 🫥. It can take several frustrating minutes to order a few items for a group. App designers need to take a look at their competitors and you can clearly feel the struggle to order with foxtail. Also multiple times i have mistakenly ordered for pick up on the entirely wrong day causing difficulty for the baristas when they try to help me get an order that’s not in the system yet because the app does not notify you that mobile ordering has been temporarily turned off for a location , it just defaults your pick up time to the next day . all in all though it’s works and i get my coffee every time made well and served professionally . I’m here to stay despite the minor inconveniences . Thanks Foxtail for all the hard work.

3. 1/5One of the worst food apps I’ve used.

   Made an account, added a payment card, and started an order. It wasn’t ready to submit the order yet, as we were still en route to the closest location. I didn’t close the app, but I did have to move over to Waze for GPS routing. When I swiped back to the Foxtail app, I was logged out of the app, when I got logged back in my order was cleared, and then when I was finally ready to submit the order, I was presented with “you don’t have a saved payment method” screen after already setting up my CC earlier. Additionally, the CC payment setup process is completely manual and doesn’t connect to any autofill options or from a password/card manager like Bitwarden, and then on top of that, no Apple Pay option.

4. 1/5App is horrible and so are pastries

   I should not have to place an order through the app to get reward points. It is stupid.... I am literally in a foxtails store.... if you care about customer service allow people to order directly from a barista and still get points ... it is easier faster and believe it or not people actually like to interact with other people. Your pastries are too limited and entirely disgusting. What you have as a chocolate croissant is not one... it should be what the french call pain au chocolate. You should outsource ALL your pastries and get a greater selection from the Buttermilk Bakery in winter park. They sell wholesale to other cafes and their products are excellent and taste great.

5. 3/5It’s okay, not the best

   Navigating the newest version is a bit frustrating. It’s very difficult to see your rewards much less apply them. Ordering isn’t as a simple as it was with the previous version. Signing in the first time took at least a half hour because you had to login from the website and link through the app from there. There are times when it’s frustrating to order with this new app that I don’t even bother.
