4/5A must for the outdoors but it’s slow
I’ve used this app everyday for over 2 years but the radar is a bit slow (about 8 min behind actual weather) and over the past week (New Year’s week 2020) the app has simply locked up. I have deleted and reinstalled to see if a recent update is the cause.

3/5Videos not updating
I like Fox 26 for weather and their TV staff does a great job. For some reason though the app is not updating with the latest video clips, which is why I downloaded it in the first place. For example, this morning I wanted to watch a video forecast for how Tropical Storm Nicolas will affect my area, but the video on there is from 11 days ago where they’re talking about Hurricane Ida. The app is otherwise fine, but again there are a plethora of weather apps out there, some better, where I can read the forecast, so the value for me was to be able to come here and see a quick weather clip that summarizes what’s going on (ie such as when you’re watching the news and the weather comes on. If they could do one of these 2-4 times per day and then upload to the app I’d use it more.

1/5Very buggy app
This app seriously needs to be fixed. you can't touch anywhere on the home screen without it immediately opening another link. I've repeatedly tried to simply scroll through the home screen, & whatever my finger touches during the scroll motion, it switches the screen. If you drag your finger to scroll the screen & you touch the daily forecast during the scroll motion, it immediately switches the screen to the daily forecast. It does the same thing if you drag your finger to scroll past the radar or a video. This happens all of the time & it usually makes me switch to another news station weather app that's reliable.

4/5Great When connects
I have had this weather ap and love it! However this past week and now today it is frozen and I cannot get it to open. It appears others are having the same issue.

1/5Why this FOX app not like it used to be?
I’ve used this app for many years but in the last 3-6 months is not as reliable. I recently deleted it and reloaded; still not functioning well. The radar isn’t up to date compared to ABC channel 13 radar or National Weather Radar. It also flashes and will not show all the thunderstorm cells/rain, but there will be storm tracks and lightning symbols all over. It’s just not reliable anymore.
