   Have now purchased twice on the app and pretty much satisfied with my purchases. One of my purchases was missing pieces so I got refunded, luckily the refund was already being processed before I even noticed anything wrong with the purchase in the first place. Great app and customer service is good. Although, definitely recommend doing your research on your supplier cause some are very clearly shaky selling fakes or straight forward unresponsive. Wish there was a way to directly rate the supplier more easily within the app but other than that it’s quite decent. Recommend for beginner resellers as there’s lower risk of non refundable scams.

2. 3/5Just an honest review

   This was my first time buying from Fleek, and I want to share my experience to help others. Overall, the clothes I eventually received were great and I do like the concept of building your own bundle. But there were definitely some issues along the way. First off, when entering your address on their site, there’s a weird glitch where it autofills everything into a single line and you have to manually fix it. I had to double-check with customer service to make sure my address was correct because I didn’t want my $400 order going to the wrong place. They assured me it was fine, but then my packages ended up on a “custom hold” and started getting returned to sender. It turned into a big headache because different customer service reps gave me conflicting answers about whether my address was correct. Eventually, I had to go through my bank to start a dispute because it really felt like a scam at that point. In the end, though, I did receive my package about a week later and I actually loved the items. The tracking on their website is finicky, so I recommend using the UPS app directly to keep an eye on your shipment. Just be prepared for a longer wait and some hiccups. Overall, I’m happy with what I got, but the process was definitely bumpy. Hopefully they can fix these glitches in the future!

   Is it cool that they make buying wholesale international easy? Yes it is. However their customer service is god awful. They take hours if not days to respond, and even if they do they aren’t even helpful either. For example, I was trying to change the email on my account, and they told me to message it to them, but their filters literally do not allow email addresses to be sent via messages They also have untrue and misleading advertisements all the time. They claimed that shipping routes are fine and will be on time but my 2 orders are delayed. They advertise a referral bonus with no mention of a minimum purchase, and they claim it will show up in your account within a day. But when I referred someone, It took 5 days and multiple messages with customer service for it to show up, and they said it has to be over $200 which is mentioned absolutely nowhere. If you’re going to buy off here, do it with caution because if you have a problem you are not going to be receiving any help.

4. 1/5Scammed with no help from customer service at all

   I bought from a supplier. Received the supply and it contained mold stains, a nasty smell, and items that were not part of what I was supposed to be receiving. I shared picture proof to fleek who put me, them and the supplier in a three way chat. Both refused to take accountability and the fleek customer support didn’t offer a proper solution even though I was willing to return the stock. The supply was a biohazard that PASSED through their quality check. Fleek does not care about their customers at all. They just want money. So i wouldn’t waste my time with this app really. Plus the import fees were so much, you don’t know much you’re going to be paying until they send you an email a day before delivery. If you don’t pay the tariffs they hold your package. If I can give this app negative stars I would. The customer support is horrid and the only thing they offered me from the $500 I was scammed out of, was a $30 coupon.

5. 4/5For vintage sourcing

   Fleek makes it so much easier to connect with your first suppliers for vintage clothing sourcing. They really streamline the process and help alleviate the risks of trying a new supplier. The biggest opportunities are (1) ensuring that supplier costs are competitive - I’ve seen a bunch of the costs go up and that’s not profitable (2) making it easier to do a handpick! I’ve loved having handpick calls and get the best deals and really enjoy meeting suppliers like this — but this function is not clear in the app and not easy to schedule within the app.
