  1. 2/5Erased all my previous call sheets

This app erased all my previous call sheets so it’s useless now. I waited 3 months for a response about call sheets not being able to upload and now this. What a shame bc when it is working, it’s amazing. Never again.

  2. 5/5The best App and tech support

I’ve been using FilmTouch for more than 10 years, and the support I received from Andrew was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help me recover more than 350 jobs that were stored on the server. I honestly thought they were gone, but thanks to his persistence and expertise, everything was recovered. Kudos to Andrew and the FilmTouch team for their exceptional customer support. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its product and genuinely cares about its users. FilmTouch has been an essential part of my workflow for over a decade, and I look forward to using it for many more years. Thank you!

  3. 5/5Great pro tool

FilmTouch is getting me organized! It's a great way to instantly recall past jobs and an invaluable tool for cross referencing previous jobs so I can put familiar faces together with names instead of vague memories.

  4. 1/5It’s a cool idea

I really like this idea, but it does not currently function well enough to be of any use to me. One out of four callsheets I tried to import would not be processed and every one of them processed at least a few names and positions incorrectly or not at all. I also was unable to edit or delete data that was incorrect. I would love to see this app grow because I think it could be an amazing tool, but as it is now I would not recommend it.

  5. 5/5Great improvement!

New version is MUCH faster doing a search, which is great. Would still like to have a way to merge multiple days’ call sheets from the same job, but I know (hope) that’s coming!

    ● Added support for the larger iPhone 5 screen. ● Improved app download speed by shrinking the size of the app. ☂ Fixed a bug that could cause the app to crash when using the "Save your account ..." screen on older versions of the OS. ● Tried unsuccessfully to empathize with the plight of a flightless bird.

  • 1.02

★ Removed subscriptions! ☂ Squashed some bugs. ● Now you don't have to Claim a person to see all the jobs you've imported in your My Jobs list. (Although it makes the app more fun if you do!) ● Callsheets start importing as soon as you send them to the app. ☂ Fixed a problem that could crash the app. ☂ Tried to find a mini thunderstorm to go with my mini umbrella. Failed.

  • 1.3

    • Support for iOS 7! (I know, I know. It took me long enough.) • Native iPad support! (see above) • Fixed a bug where callsheets could double-import and then the app would respond that the file is a duplicate. • Clarified claiming an identity. • Various other small improvements.

  • 1.4

    ● NOTICE: iOS 6 users, if you haven't yet updated to iOS 7, please hold off on downloading this version of FilmTouch. Two people so far have reported the app crashing on startup. When we figure out the cause we'll update the app. (iOS 7 users haven't reported any issues.) ● You can finally edit job names! Now it seems like there's nothing we can't do. ● Removed that annoying prompt that asked you to rate our app! How rude! Please forgive us. ● Implemented Pull-to-Refresh. If you don't know what that is, that makes two of us. ● iPad now supports landscape orientation.

  • 1.4.1

    ● Fixed crash on startup for iOS 6 users. (doh!) ● Finally edit job names! ● Removed that annoying pop-up that asked you to rate our app! How rude. Please forgive us. ● Now you can pull down on any list to refresh it.

  • 1.5

    ● Finally! ● Support for new screen resolutions (and by "new" we mean devices that have been around for more than two years now). ● Updated to eliminate warning that the app "may slow down your device." This was never really true, but it was a good way for Apple to shame us into updating our app. ● Although we hadn't updated the app in a while, we'd been hard at work on the server which improves app functionality.

  • 2.0

Big Update! ● Your data is now Stored Locally*, which means the app is Much Faster! And you can use it Offline too! † ● Support for iPhone X/XR/XS/Max. (And ongoing support for the iPad). ● Search is now much faster, with results that update as you type. And you can search within a callsheet or job instead of scrolling to find the person or vendor you're looking for. And if you're viewing a list of jobs someone has done, you can search within that list for a specific job. ● Support for Dropbox, iCloud Drive, etc. - Now you can import PDF callsheets and crew lists from Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive, Box, OneDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud and more. ‡ ● Multi-Day Support - Jobs are now split into separate days so you can see which crew & vendors appeared on a certain day. ● New Sharing Extension: We've added an additional way to send files to FilmTouch called "Import with FilmTouch" that lets you stay in your current app (like Mail) without switching to FilmTouch for every import. To enable it just view a PDF (in Mail or elsewhere), tap the sharing arrow in the lower lefthand corner, and then on the lower row of gray buttons, scroll to the end and tap "More." Then enable "Import with FilmTouch" and drag it near the top of your list so that it's easy to access. ● Did we mention the app is much faster? I'm kind of forgetful. That's why I built this app. footnotes: * The first time you run the new version it may take a moment to download your data depending on how many callsheets you have. † Imported files are still processed on our server before the data is stored locally on your device. ‡ To connect other cloud services (like Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.) download their app and then go to the FilmTouch App > Import > Locations > Edit, and turn on the switch next to a given service. Now you should be able access your files stored on these third-party cloud services from within FilmTouch.

  • 2.1

Here's a bug fix version for our latest big release. - Fixed an issue where new imports were sometimes not showing up in the jobs list until you performed a search. - Fixed a bug that caused some job dates to show up as one day before the actual date. - Fixed a bug: The initial data download will now resume if you leave the app in the middle and come back. (If you have any jobs that are empty when you tap on them it may be due to an incomplete initial data download. Go to the Account tab and choose Reset Data to download all your data again.)

  • 2.2

    ● New Import History: Now in the Import tab you can see a list of the files you've imported and their status. Helpful if you're trying to figure out what happened to a file. ● Fixed a bug that disconnected your account from iCloud therefore preventing some people from seeing old jobs that were imported on other devices. ● Fixed a bug that caused the "Import with FilmTouch" extension to come up blank sometimes. "Copy to FilmTouch" always worked, but with iOS 13 that's harder to find unless you tap "More..." and drag the extensions around to your liking (which we recommend doing). ● Fixed a few bugs that could prevent new jobs or job name edits from showing up until you restarted the app. ● Added the ability for you to share your device logs with us if you're having a problem.

  • 2.5 · 15 Apr 2026

    • Fixed the iOS 26 bug that was preventing imports from the Mail app from getting to FilmTouch. (Sorry! I know that was a bummer.) • Improved user interface compatibility with iOS 26. • Fixed a bug that was making the blue person icon disappear sometimes (the one you tap for contact information).
