UPDATE: Vinnicius replied to me and was able to help me out with an acceptable solution. I am truly happy that the Fever team cares about their customers. I will continue to use the company for my local events! Thank you so much! I’ve been using the fever app for a while to book tickets to events in my city. Me and my spouse had plans to see the Picasso experience but unfortunately she got into an accident and we had to go to the emergency room. I tried to cancel my tickets and was told that wasn’t possible but was offered a voucher. I was thrilled. I tried to redeem the voucher a few weeks later (before the experience ended) and the agent I spoke to regret to inform me that I had to make changes to my tickets that very same day (while we were in the emergency department). Why did the agent not advise me or ask me what day I would like to reschedule to? This is a deceitful practice and I’m disappointed because I’ve supported this company. I understand if the cancellation was something due to something insignificant but this wasn’t something we planned to happened. Extremely frustrated in how Pete and Rafael B decided to handle the situation.

1/5You are forced to download the app to get your tickets
I had to download this app to even get the tickets that I purchased. No ticketing company should ever make you download their app to get access to something that was paid for. This approach is inaccessible to many people who may not be able to download an app on their phone (which is more people than you’d think). My grandma who wanted tickets to the Sistine Chapel exhibit had to have me download the app to get the tickets because she doesn’t have a smart phone. And for being the only ticketing company to sell tickets for this event you would think they’d make it more accessible to purchase and access their tickets. On top of that, there wasn’t any detail on the app as to where exactly the event was, which ironically was in the email confirmation that was sent. So 1. Don’t make people download your app to get their tickets. Like every other ticketing agency, provide the option to send over those tickets in an email and to be printed out. And 2nd: if you’re are going to push people into using your app, then at least make sure you add all the relevant details on there. Now that I’ve attended this event, I’m deleting this app and will avoid using Fever at all costs until they allow another way to access tickets. I’ll be telling all my friends and family to do this same. I expect this is probably a startup with 3 developers and no UX person. Or if there is a UX person, maybe listen to them.

1/5Don’t get in an auto accident on the way to your assigned time
We were involved in an auto accident on the freeway on our way to the event. Totaled the car. CHP had to get us a tow, arrange safe transportation off the median of the freeway and we still needed to be medically checked out and arrange for a rental since the car is inoperable. Fever refused to allow us to reschedule to another date. It was too late after we were off the freeway to get to the event. Contacted customer service on chat and email as soon as we were in a safe location only asking to reschedule our tickets to another date since the event was closed for the day. We were told that we would have had to contact them before our time (their FAQ state 48 hours prior unless special circumstances). A car accident, no vehicle, waiting in the median of the freeway for tow and transportation are not valid reasons not to contact them prior to the event time slot. We would have had to contact them before calling 911 and getting help! (Since their policy is 48 hours, that might be the other reason they do not allow changes). Their policy is so rigid and customer service is not able use special circumstances for an auto accident on our way there. The company and app gives the consumer no way to get a reasonable outcome to any accident or problem that arises. The app is difficult to use when you try to contact them for help and I sure couldn’t use any of those features while in the median of the freeway with cars zipping by at 65-70 mph.

2/5Horizon of Kurfu tickets
The app is working ok but there is literally no live customer assistance. I had to deal with my issue through emails. The experience wasn’t the greatest. My VR goggles kept glitching and I couldn’t see other members of my group at some points and their avatars were distorted and it was distracting. They don’t offer walking canes, I’ve been to other VR experiences and for people with balance issues due to various health issues a walking cane was always offered. I accidentally purchased three tickets instead of two adult tickets. Fever would not let me change the ticket date and transfer it to another person - so I lost money. I was given credits and was able to change tickets dates even to Broadway shows, this experience is a stationary exhibit and some dates aren’t heavily booked. Not sure why I wouldn’t be offered another date for the ticket I haven’t used. The attendants at the exhibition were not friendly and looked stressed. The space wasn’t well ventilated and some of the odors were disturbing. Overall pretty unhappy with the experience and fever lack of customer support. I figured out I had extra ticket on Mother’s Day a couple hours before the experience. No one was available to help me. The day after the experience I was told that since it happened already , I can’t transfer the ticket to another name with a change in the date.

1/5Stick to EventBrite!!
Word of advise: TAKE SCREEN SHOTS OF EVERYTHING. AND WATCH OUT FOR SANTIAGO ACOSTA. The purchase on the app/desktop. The confirmation. The confirmation email. SAVE any email correspondence. Worst experience with customer service ever! I work in events and hospitality and man, Fever idk where you guys got trained. This is where rude Santiago Acosta might come in. It started when I received an email that the event I paid for was being rescheduled due to equipment issues. The email stated I could “simply” select another date for said event. YEAH. RIGHT. Their app wouldn’t allow me to do so, desktop version didn’t even have a record of my purchase?, customer service didn’t offer to idk? Reschedule for me if possible? That would’ve avoided a lot of this mess. I submitted screen shots of their app to the customer service rep to prove I couldn’t “simply” reschedule, where they kept replying with directions that, like I said before, couldn’t preform because their app wouldn’t let me. After a few times of throwing these directions back and forth, the rep quickly switched to getting rid of me however possible and responded with they “already issued a refund” and I would receive my money back 10 days later. Luckily that actually happened. Life can be unpredictable, and I honestly wouldn’t trust Fever with an event (going nor hosting! Yikes!) after this experience. The events they offer can simply be found through THAT event’s IG/Website or Event Brite. Probably cheaper too. No stars.

AVOID!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!! At any cost. These guys are complete scammers. Bought tickets for Spider-Man, went to the theatre and while scanning the barcode the attendant didn’t let us in saying the ticket was cancelled. No email, no notification from FEVER whatsoever! Got very very embarrassed!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

Horrible agency. I needed to change my time due to a biking accident before the event and this company was completely inflexible. I also accidentally purchased two tickets for my granddaughter and same thing, no flexibility. However, we went ahead and drove to the venue and the venue was more than accommodating to changing our time and told us that they don't even look at the time on the tickets as long as you have a valid ticket, you can attend at any time they are open, buy at venue NOT Fever

I will continue to use the company for my local events! Thank you so much! I’ve been using the fever app for a while to book tickets to events in my city. Me and my spouse had plans to see the Picasso experience but unfortunately she got into an accident and we had to go to the emergency room. I tried to cancel my tickets and was told that wasn’t possible but was offered a voucher. I was thrilled. I tried to redeem the voucher a few weeks later (before the experience ended) and the agent I spoke to regret to inform me that I had to make changes to my tickets that very same day (while we were in the emergency department). Why did the agent not advise me or ask me what day I would like to reschedule to? This is a deceitful practice and I’m disappointed because I’ve supported this company. I understand if the cancellation was something due to something insignificant but this wasn’t something we planned to happened. Extremely frustrated in how Pete and Rafael B decided to handle the situation.",

          "title": "You are forced to download the app to get your tickets",
          "body": "I had to download this app to even get the tickets that I purchased. No ticketing company should ever make you download their app to get access to something that was paid for. This approach is inaccessible to many people who may not be able to download an app on their phone (which is more people than you’d think). My grandma who wanted tickets to the Sistine Chapel exhibit had to have me download the app to get the tickets because she doesn’t have a smart phone. And for being the only ticketing company to sell tickets for this event you would think they’d make it more accessible to purchase and access their tickets. On top of that, there wasn’t any detail on the app as to where exactly the event was, which ironically was in the email confirmation that was sent. So 1. Don’t make people download your app to get their tickets. Like every other ticketing agency, provide the option to send over those tickets in an email and to be printed out. And 2nd: if you’re are going to push people into using your app, then at least make sure you add all the relevant details on there. Now that I’ve attended this event, I’m deleting this app and will avoid using Fever at all costs until they allow another way to access tickets. I’ll be telling all my friends and family to do this same. I expect this is probably a startup with 3 developers and no UX person. Or if there is a UX person, maybe listen to them.",

          "title": "Don’t get in an auto accident on the way to your assigned time",
          "body": "We were involved in an auto accident on the freeway on our way to the event. Totaled the car. CHP had to get us a tow, arrange safe transportation off the median of the freeway and we still needed to be medically checked out and arrange for a rental since the car is inoperable. Fever refused to allow us to reschedule to another date. It was too late after we were off the freeway to get to the event. Contacted customer service on chat and email as soon as we were in a safe location only asking to reschedule our tickets to another date since the event was closed for the day. We were told that we would have had to contact them before our time (their FAQ state 48 hours prior unless special circumstances). A car accident, no vehicle, waiting in the median of the freeway for tow and transportation are not valid reasons not to contact them prior to the event time slot. We would have had to contact them before calling 911 and getting help! (Since their policy is 48 hours, that might be the other reason they do not allow changes). Their policy is so rigid and customer service is not able use special circumstances for an auto accident on our way there. The company and app gives the consumer no way to get a reasonable outcome to any accident or problem that arises. The app is difficult to use when you try to contact them for help and I sure couldn’t use any of those features while in the median of the freeway with cars zipping by at 65-70 mph.",

          "body": "The app is working ok but there is literally no live customer assistance. I had to deal with my issue through emails. The experience wasn’t the greatest. My VR goggles kept glitching and I couldn’t see other members of my group at some points and their avatars were distorted and it was distracting. They don’t offer walking canes, I’ve been to other VR experiences and for people with balance issues due to various health issues a walking cane was always offered. I accidentally purchased three tickets instead of two adult tickets. Fever would not let me change the ticket date and transfer it to another person - so I lost money. I was given credits and was able to change tickets dates even to Broadway shows, this experience is a stationary exhibit and some dates aren’t heavily booked. Not sure why I wouldn’t be offered another date for the ticket I haven’t used. The attendants at the exhibition were not friendly and looked stressed. The space wasn’t well ventilated and some of the odors were disturbing. Overall pretty unhappy with the experience and fever lack of customer support. I figured out I had extra ticket on Mother’s Day a couple hours before the experience. No one was available to help me. The day after the experience I was told that since it happened already , I can’t transfer the ticket to another name with a change in the date.",

SAVE any email correspondence. Worst experience with customer service ever! I work in events and hospitality and man, Fever idk where you guys got trained. This is where rude Santiago Acosta might come in. It started when I received an email that the event I paid for was being rescheduled due to equipment issues. The email stated I could “simply” select another date for said event. YEAH. RIGHT. Their app wouldn’t allow me to do so, desktop version didn’t even have a record of my purchase?, customer service didn’t offer to idk? Reschedule for me if possible? That would’ve avoided a lot of this mess. I submitted screen shots of their app to the customer service rep to prove I couldn’t “simply” reschedule, where they kept replying with directions that, like I said before, couldn’t preform because their app wouldn’t let me. After a few times of throwing these directions back and forth, the rep quickly switched to getting rid of me however possible and responded with they “already issued a refund” and I would receive my money back 10 days later. Luckily that actually happened. Life can be unpredictable, and I honestly wouldn’t trust Fever with an event (going nor hosting! Yikes!) after this experience. The events they offer can simply be found through THAT event’s IG/Website or Event Brite. Probably cheaper too. No stars.",
