5/5My Showroom consultants are the best
The day I walked into Fergusons Showroom in Corpus Christi and I met Michael Cortez , I thought I met an Angel . He was the kindest , smartest and calmest consultant I have met. He helped me choose much of my plumbing and light fixtures and even taught me about toilets . He said so many sensible things to help hone into what would create the beautiful look .And he also introduced me to Cheyenne Kana and I was so grateful to know there was more than one of them Angels to help me through a complete gut and remodel of a 1880 farmhouse . They have completely Changed my mind about Ferguson. I had been to the store a few times before in years past and also recently in Austin but never had such a wonderful and productive experience. I had also tried to shop and purchase through Build but without them it wasn’t near as good. It was a hundred times easier with their help , guidance and action . I am very impressed with the caliber of people Ferguson Corpus Christi hires . Also a shout out to Cassandra who is part of their team and backs up the process that it is DONE . Thank you !!! 5/5Fantastic User Experience!
I love spending time on the Build with Ferguson app. The quality of product images, the product listing, categorization, relevant search results, the filters, the range of products, everything is state of the art. Fantastic detail to user experience and navigation. Buying is a walk in the park - with Apple Pay - it’s just one click! Couldn’t get better! Thank you to the whole team of developers and architects at Ferguson who made this happen!

2/5Used to be good product and ecosystem
You order a product, system accepts your order and waiting for shipment…then you get a CANCEL for order already placed and accepted (and awaiting shipment…credit card not charged but no explanation or reason. Happened twice within last few months..and I get supply chain issues. Inventory management and system ecosystem between manufacturers and build needs improvement to manage expectations and work properly. Seems other issues as of late in app itself .. not just the hiccups behind the curtain…please get this working and have back office fix supply chain….build more locally perhaps?

FINALLY this app was updated so I could use it. Previously no landscape view (and using a clamshell ipad case prevented using the app) and now appears their price filter bug is corrected and also see better filtering and selection options to speed up viewing their huge inventory. Hooray! Thank you for listening and updating.

5/5Time saving and convenient
I use this site for most of my projects. Delivery is prompt, pricing is fair. To do all the leg work from my phone or computer saves me so much time. I have also, after building a project online, brought to the showroom and the sales staff was super kind and helpful.
