"body": "I think offering a premium membership ruins the dynamic here. If you’re gonna pay 50 bucks a year just to cut people in line then shop somewhere else. Because it’s the people who just stuff their carts with many items they don’t intend on buying but want to take away from others just so they get more time to decide. A mom with 3 kids should have just as much opportunity, if not more to get to the front as a Karen does. Also the security guard at the Charmicheal location is a friggin pervert, looking at women in gross ways. unacceptable. Fix things.",

"body": "After downloading the app, I tried to check in with my account. No matter how I try it keeps on saying you need to check in within four hours of when the shop will open. It’s only two hours before opening and I can’t check in no matter what I do. This was a pointless exercise.",
