Dana and her team (we also worked closely with Trent) are amazingly helpful, positive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help their clients. They are extremely passionate and truly care about their clients and how they can best support their client. They helped us get our first house and we will cherish this amazing experience that they helped us accomplish!!

Had a great time with Rick Simoneau, Bill and their team. My fiancé and I are 21 years old and went in knowing nothing about buying a house and they guided us through the whole thing. This app helped out making things easier through the process. The major thing I’d like to see on the app is a mortgage payment system. Hate having to go log into the website to pay.

Wow, I am gleeful over this app. It has made a huge impact on how I do business. Clients love the ease of use and real time tracking of their loans. Realtors love it because there’s no waiting on anyone for an update. Everyone is “in the loop”. Thank you Fairway Independent Mortgage. You knocked it out of the park again!

This app helps my customers complete their loan application quicker, allows me to notify / push on major milestones (Clear to Close!) and offers my clients amazing calculators.

2/5Feels like app was built by a first time developer
This app is horrible. I actually thought to use a different lender just because this app is pretty basic. It allows no room to add additional info regarding balances. I tried editing my name and it never fixes it, it just reverts back to the original. Easy to use so you get 2 stars.
