1. 5/5My fav jewelry brand but LAGGY app

   I love this brand. I only buy my jewelry from EVRY and it never fails. I buy their waterproof stuff and they haven’t tarnished even after months of wearing and getting it wet. Even when I got a couple pieces that came broken/tarnished, the service was quick and helpful to give me store credit (I had free warranty added to checkout). HOWEVER, the app itself is quite frustrating to use. It’s slow to respond and really really laggy. I can still order like usual but it takes much longer than it should.

   What a poor app. I ordered a necklace for one of my friends for Christmas. Not more than a few days later did I decide to move. I decided to email them as my package would be delivered to my college in the US and I was very worried at this point that she may not get it. They expressed in their email there was nothing they could do, and later emailed me that they delayed it. As if that made no sense at all the necklaces already take weeks to get. So at this point I’m in tears wondering what I can do. The only helpful person in this situation was my mail room who wrote down my friends name and told me she could pick it up. I still have no idea if she got it. Honestly this entire company seems like a scam to me, especially after this entire process that took weeks before I moved. I’d also like to add that no, when I ordered it, I had no idea I was going to be moving yet as I hadn’t formulated that decision until it was too late. Never again will I order from here, they made it so complicated before they even shipped out the necklace. For context I did not receive an email for a tracking number, I did email them to find out they couldn’t do anything only for a $.28 fee to be charged for international shipping! It has been a nightmare to figure out this situation and I would say… DO NOT order form this sight!

3. 4/5For the record, I’m a big fan of Evry Jewels

   However, I do have quite a few complaints. First off, this is a pretty great brand, the pieces take a considerable amount of time to tarnish (the only things I’ve bought that have are rings) and they have lots of very cute pieces. If you’re a girly (or guy) on a budget, this is the place to go. With that said, the app itself could use some work. Lately items in my cart have been disappearing (no, they weren’t out of stock). I’ll add something to my cart, close the app, come back, and it’ll be gone. I also think they should add the option to add a picture to your review as well as providing more silver options. I’m a ring girly and have noticed majority of Evry Jewel’s rings are gold, which is disappointing. I’ve spent quite literally hundreds of dollars on their jewelry and wear it Evry day lol.

   I used to really love Evry Jewels, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been very disappointing. Nearly everything I’ve purchased has broken after a short time, which was frustrating considering how much I liked the designs. I reached out to customer service multiple times by email and was told to file a warranty claim. I submitted the claim several times, but never received a response or any resolution. What makes this especially disappointing is that when my original order arrived late, customer service responded quickly and even gave me store credit, which I genuinely appreciated. It feels like the quality of both the products and the customer service has declined over the months and years. I really wanted to continue supporting this brand, but after multiple broken items and no follow-up on my warranty claims, I can’t recommend shopping here based on my experience.

5. 2/5my order was separated then i never got half of it.

   hi so long story short i bought a charm bracelet, about 11 charms, 3 necklaces, one nose ring, and one pair of earrings. i got everything except one charm, and 2 necklaces. i ordered on the 28 of November. i still have yet to get my stuff and part of it says delivered yet it never was. i will say i use a post office but i talked to the lady and she had no packages for me. i’m just really upset because the online support hasn’t been able to help me. i will say everything was 50$ so it’s not a huge loss but literally 4 of the charms are broken/ have gotten lost already. i was so excited for these things too and now i just feel like ive wasted my money. i also understand it’s christmas time and there were probably a lot of ordered but at least they could reach out.
