5/5Great app, but be sure to learn specifics on how it works.
I’m not deducting a star because it was due to user error, but to get the ONE thing I dislike out of the way first - I’ve been using this app since September 2017 and have FINALLY earned my first award. It took such a long time because I thought this app was using the info from my Fitbit app but it turns out that I have to sync my Fitbit daily or I miss out on the steps earned that day - I usually update it 1-2x a week while I charge my Fitbit. I have Apple Health connected as a backup (which is where a majority of my points have come from), but it’s not accurate (I assume because I don’t own an Apple Watch) so it only registers between 1,000-3,000 steps a day when, at least according to Fitbit, I walk over 10K steps daily. 😔 It’s very frustrating to realize just how many Achievement Points I’ve missed out on these past 9 months 😔 That being said, this app encourages me to exercise more often and to push myself further. Achievement sends weekly points updates via email, and every 10K points can be redeemed for $10 cash through PayPal or RocketMoney. I really love that they do this instead of offering gift cards - I hate being restricted to one store. They also offer additional ways to earn points through surveys and studies. Overall a fantastic app, just make sure you understand all the details to gain the most benefit from it. ♥️

5/5Great App No More!
Earning the money is a slow process but no complaints here. I am earning money by doing everyday activities. Easy to use! UPDATE 2JAN2022: Changing my rating because my info is no longer updating. It’s been over a week since I’ve received credit for anything except the questions I answer every day. I have an Apple Watch and everything used to update through the Health app. All permissions are still present. A search for help said I should open Health snd Evidation daily but that is not working either and very frustrating to have to do that when I didn’t have to do that in the past. I deleted and reinstalled the app but it only read what was in apple health at the time of the reinstallation. I’ve written support but got no response except the automated message to say my request was received. The last time my info from apple health updated was December 24. 😢☹️ UPDATE 4JAN2022: I received a response from support and they will not update missing points. Their response was to open Apple Health and Evidation everyday for info to sync but I’d already told them that doesn’t work. Sad because I enjoyed using this app and also got useful info from the articles they presented. 😡

3/5WCAG accessible, still needs work with accuracy
I really wanted to give this app more stars. I’ve had this app for over a year. Pros: For the most part, it is screen reader accessible. That means, the app is WCAG compliant. It’s not perfect but it’s much better than most of the pay for walking types of apps. It can sync with many apps and that is a good thing. Here is a big huge con, though. And this is why I gave it three stars. Even though it syncs with the iPhone your smart phone or Fitbit, it always shows a different step counter. For example: one day I walked 8352 steps according to Fitbit. But somehow the achievement app only recorded 7000. Yesterday I walked to thousand 365 steps. Achievement only says I walked 21 I think the closer I get to the $10 mark, the less points the app is giving me for my exercises and I don’t understand that. It does give you six points for logging water and six points for eating food and apparently only four points for sleeping. That helps. Still, it is definitely misleading. End it doesn’t record these all of the time. I logged into my Fitbit and even though it is always thinking with my Fitbit, it doesn’t record them. And if I’m out of range or something and I login to my Fitbit and log my water intake or something, if achievement doesn’t sync with it on time within a certain timeframe, I don’t get the points either like I said, it is better than any of the other apps that I have tried. But it definitely needs improvement

4/5App has all sorts of glitches
It's ok when it works. Takes several months just to get $10, but you can get a few points by doing surveys in addition to wearing your smartwatch. Problem is when the surveys glitch and don't give you points for what you spent time doing, and you can't do them again, either (clicking says "you already took this survey", but it won't let you retake). I contacted customer service and their answer was nonsensical. It just told me to close the app and try again, which I obviously did already. PS: Had it for about 9 months now and updating. I had more than one glitch, but I will say that customer service does eventually reimburse you as long as you can show some evidence you tried different things. It doesn't always sync properly and occasionally there are problems with surveys giving error messages. I had more than one glitch, but I will say that customer service does eventually reimburse you as long as you can show some evidence you tried different things. It doesn't always sink properly and occasionally there are problems with surveys giving you error messages. It's not really a way of making quick money, but even if it takes you 6 months (with surveys) or a year (without surveys), it's $10 you didn't have before, right? There are certainly faster ways of making money, but wearing our smart watch or Fitbit is something that a lot of us do anyway, so why not encourage more activity by Ernie as a tiny bit of money on the side? I think if you have a lot of added apps, you can earn faster, too. It's not anything that you can get rich off of, but it's not bad. Just take it in perspective. Like if one of the health surveys is worth 500 pounds, that's only the equivalent of five cents. Don't expect to be earning that fast, but if you wear the device normally anyway and don't mind taking a survey every once in a while, you'll get $10 payouts maybe twice a year.

2/5Doesn’t sync accurately.(on purpose)
Got this app a year or two ago. so far have only claimed one $10 reward and very close to my second. The only issue I have with this app is that it doesn’t sync well at all. I’ve used this app both with my Fitbit blaze and now currently with my Apple Watch. Both my watch and phone can sync and give the same data for things like my steps, exercise, etc. but when i check the achievement app half or most of the time it only gives me points for a very small portion. I’ve read the reviews on here and it seems that a lot of other ppl have had this same issue more specifically the more active ppl who would have the potential to gain a lot of points a day. I believe that the developers of this app have made it specifically to only sync so much data so that you can only collect so many point in a day. This would slow down a lot of ppls progress so that ppl don’t cash out so fast. For me personally, if I average the amount of points it gives me a day I can only reach 10,000 point once every year. Which I have done. Anyways. With that all being said. This app isn’t accurate and if you are looking for something to monitor 24/7 this isn’t the app for you. But just having it on your phone and checking it every couple of months is alright. Easy way to have an extra gift card or something.
