1. 5/5Good app, but need more control/ options for Y axis ( glucose range) in the graph

   Hello Developer, Please add the options to customize the app. 1) Option to change the glucose range in Home Screen graph Y axis . Example: I want to see from 50 mg/dL to 200 mg/dal max. 2) Option to zoom the Y axis in the glucose graph, as we zoom more grid lines should appear on the screen 3) Option to add more grid lines in the Y axis currently it only has at 100, 200, 300 without any labels. 2. 5/5Great at almost everything

   Let’s get a widget already. I don’t want to have to always go to the app to check my numbers. Dexcom has a very simple widget that works well. Please look into a widget asap. I switched from Dexcom and want to keep this for sure. Keep up the great work.

3. 3/5Good but not Great

   The app gets the job done. Thoughts: 1. When calibrating, or inputting numbers in general, the rolling number wheel is not the best way, or fastest way, to input data. Specially for those of us with fat fingers. 2. ALL of your delays are too short. Your little window that pops up when doing sensor placement to ask if we are still doing placement pops up way too soon. Specially when you are brand new to the process. Calibration has also disappeared on me while in the middle of the process. 3. I second or third the request for a widget. Home Screen and Lock Screen would be awesome. 4. Finally, it would be nice not to have to always close the message window when switching back to the app. It’s been running in the background and sending notifications I think the two windows that pop up every single time are repetitive.

4. 4/5Sound Is Messed Up

   The app is very nice and functions well overall. The only thing I can’t get fixed is that I have specific sounds set in the app itself to play when high/low and no matter what I do.. it comes through my phone with the same sound that’s set in my phones notification settings. It makes me run high through the night because I don’t want to set something super loud and annoying for throughout the day for obvious reasons (which brings up another issue where I can’t have my phone on silent like I could with Dexcom or I get no sound notifications from the app) but I also don’t want to run high because the notification is too short and quiet to wake me up. The vibration from the transmitter doesn’t wake me up either because I’m a deep sleeper but Dexcom had that one down good. I’m in love with this system but the app is the only thing I think really needs upgrading and finding ways to make it better. I’d also really love a dark mode because you can use smart invert in your phone settings if you really want but that still distorts all the colors headers making the background dark :// I really hope someone can help me with the sound issues tho. All my permissions and settings are correct as I’ve checked multiple times but it’s stuck playing this same sound no matter what I do for any and all notifications from the app.

5. 3/5Works but needs polish

   This app does what it is supposed to do, which is interface with the Eversense 365 pod to get blood sugar readings. The UI, however, needs some more thought put into it. Unlike almost every other system I’ve used (Freestyle Libre/Libre2, Dexcom G6/G7), this app almost has a fetish for making the users scroll through numbers to enter a calibration or adjust any other setting using numbers. This is a very frustrating experience that could be easily solved by allowing for DIRECT NUMBER ENTRY like every other app out there. Secondarily, the app alert settings for sound selection are limited to the app sounds from IOS from several years ago. Most of them are almost cheerful, and sound like an incoming call. I can’t believe the devs wouldn’t bundle their own “Stuff’s going down, yo!” alert sound that sounds like an actual alarm. Or allow us to set any of our custom alert sounds to be the alert. This is a quality of life thing that would add a lot of polish to the application that would make it feel less like an afterthought. Also, no screen widget to get my sugar at-a-glance. Finally, there needs to be Siri integration for Shortcuts or similar actions, it is one of the biggest features I’m missing switching over from Dexcom not being able to ask what my glucose is via voice command. For vision impaired users (which tends to happen in the T1 and T2DM diabetic communities) this would be a huge quality of life improvement.
