Fixed an issue that could cause the piano to sound off after attaching/detaching headphones in v5.0 of the app.

Reduced minimum iOS requirement to 15.6 in order to support older iPhones and iPads. This allows the following older devices to continue running the app: - iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, SE (gen 1), 7, and 7 Plus - iPad mini 4 On newer devices, please use the latest version of iOS that your device supports.
