"body": "There are multiple design flaws with this app, but I think the most frustrating is the fact that it doesn’t give you any information on the actual trip itself. No notifications your train has been cancelled or delayed (which has happened 100% of the time in the past 2 weeks) and no way to actually contact a human being to get you where you need to go.",
