1. 3/5Need to Pay via Apple

   I have a paid account, and I saw others complaining about how they aren’t connected with apple for their subscriptions to the app. Well, I found this to be true when I went to look for my payment information in my apple apps subscriptions and couldn’t find where I paid them. That’s when I came on here and saw others comments about this very issue. So, after I leave this review- I’m canceling my subscription IMMEDIATELY and I’m not going to be paying again until this changes. I hope I didn’t make a big mistake already?! I like the app though. It’s useful and has a lot of great potential though it is still a little glitchy. It’s worth $5 but still have to fight through the glitches to make it work the way you want it.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing App Best Text-to-Audiobook Tool Out There! I’ve tried just about every text-to-audiobook app available, and nothing compares to ElevenLabs. The voices sound incredibly natural, the interface is smooth, and the quality is top-tier. I had a small issue with my credits, and their customer support took care of it quickly and professionally. They really care about their users. I use this app daily and it’s become an essential part of my creative process. If you’re thinking about downloading—do it! You’re making the right choice.

3. 1/5worst app ever

   So there’s credit thingies that let you like one credit a word or something and I think you get like 10,000 credits a month or just 10,000 credits. I don’t know I’ve been using this like three times. And guess what happened? I gave it a long thing. It was part of the story. I wanted it to read to me. And it was just enough that it would be I would use all my credits, but I would also get the whole story in. So that’s what I did and then after that like it was reading a story to me got to like a little bit. And it said like error I can’t do this anymore or something and I would’ve had enough, but there was nothing wrong with the credit. But it’s an error and it logged me out of 11 labs then logged back and looked for history. It wasn’t in history either so I just wasted all my credits and I don’t get anything.😡

4. 2/5Credit Based Generator That Still Limits Use Even After Membership

   This one does have some good stuff and the voices are good quality but of course you can still tell it’s AI pretty quickly. Whatever the real issue is they want a membership fee for pro use AND they still require credits for use. Memberships don’t really offer a feeling of value, even paid you’re still limited in how much you can create, unless you buy more credits. I understand it takes time and money to build these apps and I can appreciate memberships to use them. All the same, if I’m paying a moderate monthly fee to use it then that should be the end of it and not be throttled or required to spend even more money to use it as much as I want. Seems a touch greedy for something that does all the work automatically. Just use your real voice, a good audio editor, a quality mic and it will cost a lot less. No credits required.

5. 1/5Works but at high cost no value

   My issue is that they charge so much and give so little. Instant voice cloning you pay for them you still lose them if you’re not paying monthly. The only way to professional clone voice is subscribe so $22 and you can keep it but guess what you don’t get one for every month you subscribe. So why are they so expensive when you can find free or closer to free apps that do the same? Because they prey on convince and ignorance. Your credits roll over IF and only if you keep paying. You lose what you buy? It’s allowed because apple requires them only to restore none consumable feature. So it’s a great game people continue to pay for not only what they already bought but also what ability to continue to use it while elevens comes up with new ways to offer little but keep taking

   Hello ElevenLabs Team, Your V3 high-quality voice model has not been working properly since the 0.0.102 update. Whenever I generate a voice using V3, it automatically switches to V1. As a result, the voice quality and tone become robotic and unnatural. Please look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible. I would really appreciate a quick resolution, as V3 was working much better before the update. Thank you.
